heading back to JP90s routine 2 days on 1 day off.
5 questions..
1. With JP 90 routine can I eliminate the stretches and other work and just jelq/v-jelq? I do warmup & warm down.
2. I did slightly develop Turkey neck when I began this routine in which I did see gains. It was minor and I think it went way, as well as the gains :/
I am uncut. How can I prevent this turkey neck? Can you describe how 1 would jelq/v-jelq uncut properly?
3. I have a high sex drive. I can jerk off 3- 6x in a day then another couple times the next. I'm going to stop watching porn (starting today) its quite hard, but I know I can do it. Did it for months before a few times.
But I don't want to give up masturbation, cause that release is an amazing feeling lol especially when Ive been celibate .so maybe unload a load 1-2x a week? Of course doing it edging (with no porn)
After PE? I purchased a FSU that I can use.
4. I engage in activities that puts strain on my diagram (like a person singing or vocals) and I realize my buddy turtles after a practice session. Can I prevent this or maybe I should be kegeling or reverse kegeling when performing?
5. Where sports wrap to prevent turtling, keep blood flow, and even help with Turkey neck (I've read)
Good idea to wear some after PE?
BTW as for kegels, I plan on just doing some here and there when I can (not on my rest days though!) Or maybe not since practicing vocals puts a strain on my PFMuscles.
Question 4 is important, if you could try to answer with the best of knowledge cause there must be a correlation between a performer and pelvic floor muscles/abdominal muscles. I want to make this into a career, so I practice a lot as if I was recording. And I notice he turtles, cause I do get loud. (Btw I'm comfortable with PE and I don't care what others think, I decided to put PE/jelqing in my songs, even my fleshlight lol ) this is a good practice.

It might just be from the concentration or focus. Kegels might be a bit much, but if it's really a concern, try mild traction wrapping. Nothing to be concerned about though.
