    heading back to JP90s routine 2 days on 1 day off.

    5 questions..

    1. With JP 90 routine can I eliminate the stretches and other work and just jelq/v-jelq? I do warmup & warm down.

    2. I did slightly develop Turkey neck when I began this routine in which I did see gains. It was minor and I think it went way, as well as the gains :/
    I am uncut. How can I prevent this turkey neck? Can you describe how 1 would jelq/v-jelq uncut properly?

    3. I have a high sex drive. I can jerk off 3- 6x in a day then another couple times the next. I'm going to stop watching porn (starting today) its quite hard, but I know I can do it. Did it for months before a few times.
    But I don't want to give up masturbation, cause that release is an amazing feeling lol especially when Ive been celibate .so maybe unload a load 1-2x a week? Of course doing it edging (with no porn)
    After PE? I purchased a FSU that I can use.

    4. I engage in activities that puts strain on my diagram (like a person singing or vocals) and I realize my buddy turtles after a practice session. Can I prevent this or maybe I should be kegeling or reverse kegeling when performing?

    5. Where sports wrap to prevent turtling, keep blood flow, and even help with Turkey neck (I've read)
    Good idea to wear some after PE?

    BTW as for kegels, I plan on just doing some here and there when I can (not on my rest days though!) Or maybe not since practicing vocals puts a strain on my PFMuscles.

    Question 4 is important, if you could try to answer with the best of knowledge cause there must be a correlation between a performer and pelvic floor muscles/abdominal muscles. I want to make this into a career, so I practice a lot as if I was recording. And I notice he turtles, cause I do get loud. (Btw I'm comfortable with PE and I don't care what others think, I decided to put PE/jelqing in my songs, even my fleshlight lol ) this is a good practice.

    BTW this might help question 2. But in the shower (daily) I'll begin an exercise called " The Pendulum Exercise" got it from jarod johansens website. Will this combat Turkey neck ..man I really don't want to develop this from PE.

      Hello bro, I can only comment on one thing, that is the jerking off and porn part.

      I know that I used to jerk off a lot and watch porn and my real sex life suffered, I didn't have as stiff of erections and my mind was too busy to really enjoy it.

      I'd highly recommend you eliminate ALL porn and even eliminate masturbation, for me it resulted in a bigger and stronger erection, as well as mentally and physically feeling more pleasure.

      That's just me though!

        Type! Yes I read that everywhere on these forums. Even myself saw improvement both EQ and performance without porn.

        In will edge with the FSU a couple times a week and release once.

              I agree with jockinthebox. Eliminate the porn and really cut back the masturbation. As far as the JP90 question, you can definitely cut out the stretches and only do the jelqs if you choose to do so. They will help your EQ and improve the overall health of your unit!

                Sounds like you have a plan for the diet. Congrats on the quitting smoking too. That's no easy task. It's always good to have a look through the START HERE! thread. Good info for sure.

                As for the questions.

                Yes, but even mild stretches may help overall growth, in both directions.

                I am not familiar with the pendulum, but holding the skin at the base would help both the turkey neck, and uncut jelqing. Lots of lube too, to avoid skin pull.

                Porn no, edge yes, around 3x per week is okay, and FSU for stamina training with edging.

                That sounds...like multitasking. It might just be from the concentration or focus. Kegels might be a bit much, but if it's really a concern, try mild traction wrapping. Nothing to be concerned about though.

                Sure! Make sure to read up on it though. Not too tight, or too long.

                Ahh, I see. Make sure to incorporate reverse kegels into the routine. Helps balance the floor and relax the PC muscles.

                    TY everyone, I'm going to begin a log Monday and start PE that night. Debating on doing a 2 day ON 1 day off or a simple Mon, Wed, Fri. Routine. As for the wrapping part I'll be traction wrapping after PE for an hour or two til I fall aslerp , after reading or writing. And I will keep those mild stretches before jelqing.
