  • Hello to all

I need a little advice. I haven't really started any penis exercises yet, because I'm a little afraid. I'm 18 and I'm in my first relationship for the last 3-4 months now. Maybe a month or 2 in I recieved some blow jobs and handjobs. Everything was fine I had rock solid erections. I didnt master bate, so all these feels were fun and new. Then she went away for a week, and I started to masterbate, and now do whenever we cant meet up. The problem is after that week I started I am now cumming 5-6 times a week rather than maybe 2-3 times compared to the no times I used to. I didnt think this would be a problem, but for the last 2-3 weeks I have had times where I have had weaker erections. My gf cant feel it, i dont think, but i definately can. Its not like i cant get hard, its just I'm not rock solid like i had been. How do i fix it? is it just my penis going from 0 to being used a lot, and its just not used to it, so it takes a long time to reload... because about a month ago I recieved 3 blowjobs in one night, and now i dont have the ability to go for a round 2... I love my gf and Im wicked attracted to her, so im just looking for some help. do u think i should restrain from masterbating, and do some pelvic floor excersises, and if so which ones how many. I just want my rock solid erections back, im not looking to grow my penis its over 6 inches, and im fine with taht im just lookin to keep it in good shape, and it has kind of been worrying. 2 weeks ago i had rock solid erections for a couple days and then back to this shit.... so any help would be apprectiated.

      Hey Giantssbxlll!

      Welcome to the Gym.

Yes. Over masturbation can cause lower erection quality - EQ. As Wishful advised, cut back on the masturbation and save it for your GF.

i also recommend you read https://www.pegym.com/forums/beginne...cess-here.html Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including safety tips.

        to the Gym!

        Don't miss this thread!!!

And if you haven't already done so, check the links on the navigation bar at the top of the page especially the START HERE Thread and focus on safety, you only have one penis, take good care of it.

Pick one of the manual beginner routines and follow it for at least 90 days to condition your penis, or until you stop gaining. Most members here choose JP90, it is an intense routine, start slow, and build up to the full routine over a few weeks time, jelq with an erection level between 45% and 65% using a moderate grip, just enough to move blood up the shaft and to the glans.

In moderation, everything can be good, do not overdo.

Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.

The good news is that you are young, and recovery is quick. Give yourself a couple days break of no masturbation, and then limit it like the others said. To put it frankly, your buddy is just tired, and needs some rest.

And congrats on your new and exciting relationship. Sounds like things are going great. Enjoy, relax, and have fun.

PE can help with better EQ, even if size is not desired. Again though, only after a rest.

Ask any other questions you may have, and good luck to you! Glad to have you here.

thanks for the help, and thats what i thought good thing/ bad however u wanna think of it is my gf and i wont see each other that much over the next couple weeks cuz of college trips, so i think it will be good recovery. Ill try to take away all masterbation i used to never do it, so i feel like i should have the self control now. Anyway yes i will try to look into some excercises once my eq is back to regular... not that it was that bad before just like 95% instead of 100%. Thanks to all and happy easter haha

WELCOME TO THE GYM! You've gotten great advice from the others already, so I'll just reinforce something you've already learned...Once you start your routine(JP90), start slowly and work up to the full routine over 2-3 weeks. Go the full 90 days before adding any exercises or increases, so you are fully conditioned. Be sure to take correct beginner measurements, take pics (or you will regret it later), start a journal to log your progress & stay motivated, and above all, PE SAFELY! Take rest days whenever you need them. PE is not a race, it's a journey, so enjoy it! We're all here to help along the way!

                  Welcome aboard!

Glad to have you join us. The above members have given you some great advice to help you out. There is no reason not to start any exercises if you want to. As mentioned above start of with a beginners routine such as the JP90. Start slow and gradually increase the reps and intensity over time. Don't try and rush it, overworking can cause EQ problems or lead to injury. There is a lot to learn so do plenty of reading and don't hesitate to ask questions.

Good luck and always PE safely.
