Hello Gaunt, and welcome to the Gym!

Very wise of you to read up. Here's a page with lots of helpful information to get you started! Please do yourself a favor and play it safe when beginning PE.

Many people start with the JP90 routine. I highly suggest you start with less time and intensity and slowly build up to the full routine. Me personally, if I had started doing full JP90 on a 5 on, 2 off schedule, I probably would have injured myself. PE is like weightlifting, you can't just rush right into it and try to squat 600 lbs. or you'll hurt yourself. You must start slow and easy to find out where your safe limits are, and gradually work up from them to improve. Be safe, have fun, and I wish you the best of luck!

Welcome Gaunt and thanks for joining us. The START HERE button on the top of the page is a great reference point as you learn PE. Pay close attention to the Physiological Indicators section in there and learn to listen to your penis as you become conditioned to the excersizes. Be safe, consistent, persistent, and patient and you will meet your goals.

I just want to tell you 1 thing from my experience. About stretching, in many guides, you can see advises to take a grip below your glans, by doing that, i got injury, so i advise to leave gap between your grip and glans at least 1 inch.

Good luck and enjoy PE. )
