Hey, bro and welcome! I like your name! And, as was said already, you are about average, so any woman that thinks that that is "small" has no idea what she is talking about! Regarding working out: a very good idea, and great for you! I would suggest looking into how to do compound movements, such as the squat, bench press, deadlift, snatch, and clean and jerk, etc). Pick a compound movement, do it at a good weight (which will have to be determined by lifting), then do smaller stuff (machines, curls, etc, etc, etc) . That stuff will help you get strong, and, if accompanied by some cardio, it will help you change your appearance in a good way! In both exercise and PE, START SLOWLY AND FOCUS ON SAFETY!!!! Most important of all. Also, regarding exercise, do not start heavy on compound movements. Start with extremely light weight to get the form down. SQUAT BELOW PARALLEL! Good luck, and were all rooting for you! Also, what is a DP9000?

DP 4000 is is a digital vacuum pump that you can program interval changes in pressure. check my progress report in the progress section. Its the best pump I've ever used (better than Bath Mate IMO, if you program it right)

lol Over a period of 15 years. I've bought:

                  Kaplan electric pump
                  Kaplan hand held pump
                  6 different stretching devices
                  2 rolling jelq devices
                  Bathmate
                  DP 4000
                  Matters of Size Power Assist
                  Matters of Size Length Master
                  couple cylinders
                  a few creams and pills

funny story is 99% of my equipment is locked in a safe and I forgot the code :_(
The only thing that luckily did not get locked in my safe is the Penimaster Pro, Power Assist, and DP 4000

I want to get a locksmith to crack it but obviously don't want him to see whats inside lol. I'm screwed.
