  • Hello newbie here

Hello I'm new here my current stats:

    Erect:
    -Length: 15.5 cm = 6.10236 inches (NBPEL)
    -Girth: 13.5 cm = 5.314961 inches

Flaccid difficult to measure because I'm always at different sizes but normally is 3 inches length. But really don't care at flaccid state.

Internet say that I'm at normal size but I feel I have small dick, what you guys think and what program you recommend?

    to the Gym!

Your length is at the upper end of average, and your girth is above average. These are great starting stats. A lot of people start with the JP90 program. Make sure that you start slow, do this exercises with less time/intensity than the routine says, and slowly build up to the full routine. Stay safe and good luck!

The START HERE tab at the top of the page has links to a lot of helpful and interesting info. I highly recommend you take a look at it, as well as the exercise and enlargement tabs at the top.

You size is fine! Upper average on both! Actually, I believe above average on girth. Yep, 5.3 is more than average. Is that length bone pressed? To answer the other question, I would recommend the JP 90 program on this site. PE safely! Oh, and read the START HERE link that the poster above has provided you with! Good luck!

Oh, and you are definitely not small. I would say that 98% of guys on this site found it because they do, or have at one point, felt small, so you are not alone! But, in addition to PEing, try to change your perspective on your penis over time, because sometimes, feeling that you are big is just as important as getting there!

You're perfectly normal, even HIGH normal, in fact! Women love guys because of the head between your shoulders mostly, not the one between you legs! "BONE-UP" on how best to please your partner using your toolbox (of knowledge) rather than just your "tool". Learn to give great oral, learn about the female anatomy, and focus on pleasing her, instead of your equipment and performance! PRACTICE makes PERFECT!

                Welcome Fortis!

First off, 5.3" girth is well above average. Women tend to care more about the girth! There are plenty of great resources here; read the Beginner's forum and just browse around to find some good reads!

What are you trying to work on? Im guessing length?
                Initial: BPEL 5.8" MEG 4.5" FL 4.0"
                Current: BPEL 6.5" MEG 4.75" FL 5.25"
Short term 7"x5" Long term 8"x6"

I want to increase length to be 6.5 or 7 inches, and not decrease the girth (I don't know if only increasing length will decrease it) and maybe increase girth by 5.5 (any girth 6 inches and higher maybe is too much or not?).

I measure it by erect then standing up and start the measure from the base of penis without pressure just lightly touch skin up to the top of penis.

                  I did this one:

NBPEL – Non Bone Pressed Erect Length – A measurement method used whereby the ruler is placed along the side of shaft, the end of ruler rests against the fat pad without pressing the ruler to the pubic bone.
