    I recently changed my account (had to) beacuse of some private stuff irl.. I'm new tho joined recently and since the kegels made miracles to me and my EQ (started PE 2 weeks ago), I chose this name to show my devotion and am really thankfull for this wonderfull forum !
    Starting stats 23/11/2015:

    BPEL - 7,3"
    NPBEL - 6,5"
    EG - 5,1"

    Welcome aboard!

    Improved EQ is one of the first results many see when they begin PE. That means you are on the right track, well done. What routine have you started out with?

    It sounds like you have been doing some reading and research, good job. If you haven't already, do some reading in the START HERE! link in the navigation bar at the top of the page. There is a lot of great information in there to get you started in the right direction. There is a lot to learn so keep reading and don't hesitate to ask questions.

    Good luck and always PE safely.

      Welcome Kegel to the GYM! In case you missed it first time around, READ START HERE top left, blue bar, LOTS of threads there to help you navigate these forums! Take correct measurements, take pics (or you'll regret it later(, select a routine JP90 or PSEG, start a journal in the progress thread to log your routine, stay motivated and get feedback from other members, MOST IMPORTANTLY, PE SAFELY! Glad you joined us!

        I'm doing 5 days in 2 days off

        routine:
        warm 8-10 minutes
        stretch about 12 minutes
        Jelq about 10-15 minutes
        warm down 8-10 minutes

        I do Kegels through out the day whenever I can, and works great!

        I've read about edging but can't understand very good.. english is my 2nd language. When edging, I masturbate and when I get to PONR, I stop? After it gets loose I masturbate again?

          That's a good starting routine. Just keep an eye on your Physiological Indicators (PI's).

          For edging, when you get to the PONR stop and wait until the urge to ejaculate subsides and then start again. Don't wait until you start to loose your erection.

                          I don't know what to say.. since I started them my EQ got from 75% to 90-100% when having sex. Everything is better.

                            All good, just a caution, follow your pi's and if you do notice any negative signs then the pf balance is a good reference.

                              Just doing Kegels can create an imbalance in the pelvic floor muscles. They're definitely an important part of any routine. However, just like any other exercise routine, to get the most benefit, you want to do a variety of exercises, to be well-balanced.
