  • Helloooo! :)

So I'm back on here again. Except now I'm happier and very anxious to get started as I am writing this. So a little bit about myself. I started PE when I was a freshman in college. I was experimenting at that time. But now with a lot of experimentation and no more doubt, I'm starting a journey of a year. I'm doing a "Holiday Measurements" journey where I only measure myself on holidays. But that's about it for me. I'm glad to be here and I can't wait to log my journey here and there. Other than that, I can't wait to log, read motivational journeys, and see actual gains.

        Hey 365days!

        Welcome back to the Gym.

I also recommend you read through https://www.pegym.com/forums/beginne...cess-here.html Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

Pick one of the manual beginner routines and follow it for at least 90 days to condition your penis, or until you stop gaining. Start slow, and build up to the full routine over a few weeks time, jelq with an erection level between 45% and 65% using a moderate grip, just enough to move blood up the shaft and to the glans. Grip your penis below the glans when stretching and do not pull too hard, just enough to feel tension on your shaft.

Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ojnes.j

Don't forget to take good beginning measurements and photos so you have a solid base line to compare your future gains to.

Welcome back to The GYM, 365! Be sure to start a journal to log your routine, stay motivated and get feedback from other members. Read the forums and contribute as you learn, and ask questions whenever you have them. BETTER TO TAKE VETERAN ADVICE TO AVOID INJURY THAN JUST WINGIN' PE ON YOUR OWN! PE SAFELY!

Measuring on holidays is an interesting way to do it! Be sure to stay consistent with your routine during the times when you're between measurements. As you know, the two most important facets to success in enlargement are time and consistency.

Be sure to give our article a read -- https://www.pegym.com/articles/penis...ent-start-here -- it'll make sure you've refreshed yourself on all of the important PE info, plus has links to instructional videos, and our most popular beginner program.

I look forward to hearing about your progress!
