  • Yo!

    Sup guys.

I joined the USMC in 2011 and was there til February of this year. Since I got out, I've had a lot more time to work and focus on my goals. These are primarily going to the gym (I will hit 200 lbs sometime in 2016), school for accounting, and rapping in a group a couple of friends of mine made. Once I hit 200, I plan to take up boxing.

I forget how I came across this site. But I've started JP's 90 day routine and already feel my dick benefiting from it. I see it as just another body part to work out cuz i LOVE the feeling of gains!

Anyways I'm a younger dude, just 22, so I hope I can learn a lot from y'all. I've observed what looks like a very mature community so I hope to make some friends and, of course, get some awesome gains.

One question, what should I do after completing the beginner routine? I'm overwhelmed by all the different options there are.

    Thanks for reading!

Welcome, and thanks for your service. For now focus on doing the beginner routine you have going. Then after that see how your penis is responding. If you are growing and PIs are staying positive, just keep doing the routine you are on.
If you feel you need to change something at that point start adding some squeezes, or combination stretches. The JP 90 can be added to in so many ways. It will depend on your goals.
ALL THE WAY WITH GOOD OLE JAY!

Many guys take a short deacon break (2-3 weeks), then start back with JP90 all over again, particularly if you gained from it, first round. If it ain't broke, why fix it? theory. You can also look into more advanced exercises, bundled stretches, erect jelqs, and devices, plus hanging & clamping, once you're fully conditioned. Just depends on where your emphasis is after completing JP90. More length? girth? BOTH? Once you decide , there's lots of guys here to offer specific advice. Just ask!
