  • Hello Everybody

    Hi everyone

Thought I'd better introduce myself as usually on forums I tend to read more than post. I've read more or less everything in the start here section and have a decent understanding of what I've read so far.

I will be starting out with the JP90 routine which I have been following for a week already.

Starting stats are BPEL 5.9 MEG 4.9 with a goal of reaching 7 x 5.5

Wish me luck folks I'm in it for the long haul

Welcome longhaul and you picked a great place to start. JP90 is a perfect starting place and if you follow it and listen to your body, especially for negative PI's you will be on your way to your long term goal.

            Welcome aboard!

It's great to see you have been educating yourself. that's important. Your goals are realistic, you can set new ones when you achieve them. Stay dedicated and motivated and you will do well.

Good luck and always PE safely.

Welcome to the PEGym! If you stay with a decent routine (i.e. JonPop's 90) you will see results. I've been here a couple of years and still use JP90 for my beginning routine and change it to maximize my goals. I've found it's a great foundation on which to build, but find what works for you and stay with it consistently, and you will achieve your goal. Any questions, ask any moderator or admin, especially if you start to lose focus/motivation. We've all experienced some minor inconveniences in achieving our goals, but they are here to help you reach your goals. Enjoy the journey! P.S. - Heat it before you beat it!

Welcome! Jp90 is a great starting routine, and the one that I tarted with! If you read the START HERE tab, I'll already assume you know what you are doing. But remember, always put safety first in PE. Good luck!
