I am new to PE. I've done some jelqing and kegels in past but never stayed in routine for more than two weeks. That is why I choosed this time to introduce myself and say some words about my motivation.
-->background:
I am doing gym 2-3 times a weak (group excersies, yoga, sauna, sometimes swimming)
occasionally I am doing adrenaline sports (climbing, surfing, snowboarding)
I have regullar job which takes me in average 9hrs/day
sex: 2-5 times a weak, masturbation: once a day (average) if there is no sex.
-->motivation:
Longer sex (ejaculation control), dry and multiple orgasms, reaching deep erogene spots, later maybe also some tantra techniques.
-->goal:
Getting 1-2in. in length and some girth. Stronger PC muscle that alows better orgasms. Master edging. No curvation.
-->current measures:
*I will edit this post later when I find my ruler/tape measure
BPEL: aprox. 6.5in
curvation: slightly to left

I've checked local stores and found that I can get significant discount on bathmate hydromax x30 and proextender. Since I am beginner in this area I don't want to spent too much money on those devices so I am thinking to buy one of those.
-->free time:
I am thinking about doing routine (Jelqs&kegels) three times a day (morning - 8am, after work - 5pm, before sleeping - 12pm). I could spend 5-10min per session (that would be up to 0.5hr/day). Use of PE devices, sex and masturbation is not included in that time. I would prefer doing routine 5-6 days in a week.
Questions:
1. Do I have enough time to do 3 sessions per day or is it better to do 2 longer sessions (15min ea.). Is it problem to have 1-2 routine free days in a week?
2. Which device do you recommend? Pump or extender or both? I could use pump during watching TV (that could be easly 20min a day) while I could use extender also during working hours. I am still not sure how to go to WC though. Do you recommend any specific routine for specific device (link)? Is it ok to combine use of devices, kegels and jelq routine?
3. Do you recommend any specific food or supplements (I prefer natural things though)?
4. Any routine suggestions (time for Jeqs, kegels, use of devices)?
5. Do you recommend any creme or just lubricants when necessary?
