  • Hey everyone, some questions :)

    Hey everyone.

    I am new to PE. I've done some jelqing and kegels in past but never stayed in routine for more than two weeks. That is why I choosed this time to introduce myself and say some words about my motivation.

    -->background:
    I am doing gym 2-3 times a weak (group excersies, yoga, sauna, sometimes swimming)
    occasionally I am doing adrenaline sports (climbing, surfing, snowboarding)
    I have regullar job which takes me in average 9hrs/day
    sex: 2-5 times a weak, masturbation: once a day (average) if there is no sex.

    -->motivation:
    Longer sex (ejaculation control), dry and multiple orgasms, reaching deep erogene spots, later maybe also some tantra techniques.

    -->goal:
    Getting 1-2in. in length and some girth. Stronger PC muscle that alows better orgasms. Master edging. No curvation.

    -->current measures:
    *I will edit this post later when I find my ruler/tape measure
    BPEL: aprox. 6.5in
    curvation: slightly to left

    -->PE devices:
    I've checked local stores and found that I can get significant discount on bathmate hydromax x30 and proextender. Since I am beginner in this area I don't want to spent too much money on those devices so I am thinking to buy one of those.

    -->free time:
    I am thinking about doing routine (Jelqs&kegels) three times a day (morning - 8am, after work - 5pm, before sleeping - 12pm). I could spend 5-10min per session (that would be up to 0.5hr/day). Use of PE devices, sex and masturbation is not included in that time. I would prefer doing routine 5-6 days in a week.

    Questions:
    1. Do I have enough time to do 3 sessions per day or is it better to do 2 longer sessions (15min ea.). Is it problem to have 1-2 routine free days in a week?
    2. Which device do you recommend? Pump or extender or both? I could use pump during watching TV (that could be easly 20min a day) while I could use extender also during working hours. I am still not sure how to go to WC though. Do you recommend any specific routine for specific device (link)? Is it ok to combine use of devices, kegels and jelq routine?
    3. Do you recommend any specific food or supplements (I prefer natural things though)?
    4. Any routine suggestions (time for Jeqs, kegels, use of devices)?
    5. Do you recommend any creme or just lubricants when necessary?

    1. Whether you have enough time depends on your schedule. However, 3 10-min. sessions a day is quite a lot for a beginner. Make sure you start with less time/intensity and work your way up, so you don't injure yourself. Also, many people would say that 6 days a week is too much. The rest days are necessary for your dick to grow. I wouldn't do more than 5 days in a row followed by 2 days rest (Still on 3 vs 2 myself).

    2. I can't really answer this because I haven't used any devices.

    3. As far as food goes, you can't go wrong with a balanced diet. Don't be afraid of unsaturated fats. I haven't heard of any foods or supplements that are proven to grow your dick more effectively, but there are some that can improve things like your erection quality or libido. My protein shake has L-Arginine in it, and I'm thinking about trying Maca. You can look up PE supplements using the search bar, I know there's plenty of informative threads on them.

    4. For a routine, I'd recommend starting with JP90, which you can find if you click the START HERE button and scroll down to the Beginner Routines section. Basically just add in a 5-10 minute warmup (rice sock, heating pad, hot shower) and 10 minutes of multi-directional stretching + 10 min jelqing, then edging and a warmdown, and build on that in the future. Start slow and build up to the full routine as long as things are feeling good and you don't have negative PI's.

    5. I try to keep my hands fairly dry for stretches so I can get a good grip, but lube is practically mandatory for jelqing and edging. I use a vaseline based lube with cocoa butter right now, but I'm thinking about trying coconut oil when I run out.

      Hey lyrx!

      Welcome to the Gym.

      I recommend you read through https://www.pegym.com/forums/beginne...cess-here.html Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.


      Pick one of the manual beginner routines and follow it for at least 90 days to condition your penis, or until you stop gaining. Start slow, and build up to the full routine over a few weeks time, jelq with an erection level between 45% and 65% using a moderate grip, just enough to move blood up the shaft and to the glans. Grip your penis below the glans when stretching and do not pull too hard, just enough to feel tension on your shaft.


      Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.


      Don't forget to take good beginning measurements and photos so you have a solid base line to compare your future gains to.

      Devices should be used after your dick had beep properly conditioned, usually after 90 days.

        Welcome lyrx, Glad you joined us! Be sure to do the recommended reading^^^above, then take correct measurements, take pics (or you'll regret it later), select a routine JP90 or PESG, start a journal in the progress forum to log your exercises, stay motivated, and get feedback from other members. MOST IMPORTANTLY, PE SAFELY!
