Hey everyone, I've decided to add a PE routine to my life mainly in the hopes of increasing the quality and longevity of my erections, increased size would be a bonus for me.
I'm a 20 year old male with a girlfriend of almost 2 years, and for the past few months have been having some trouble keeping erections, mainly because of my porn and masturbation habits that I'm trying to get rid of as well. I can still have sex but I can definitely feel the difference compared to before.
I have yet to take my starting measurements correctly (have to look that up!) but measured from base until tip (not pressing into the skin at all) I am about 17cm long. I know this isn't small by any means but I'd like to have a healther penis.
I started 3 days ago with this simple routine, and currently plan on doing 1 day on 1 day off (similar to my gym)
5 min warm up
5 min stretches
10 min jelqing
50 kegels
5 min warm down.
Any input or tips are appreciated!
