    Hiya,

Been visiting this website for a few months now but i've never begun a routine. Mainly due to the fact that i've heard of a few people beginning PE and ending up with permenant erectile disfunction, and due to me only being 18 years of age and currently having a girlfriend, it would ruin my current and future sex life if that were to happen. So in short (no pun intended) i'm on the fence about starting out, so any advice, encouragement or statistics to help spur me on would be appreciated. There's no complaints from my girlfriend about my size however I could really do with adding a couple more inches to myself to give me that extra bit of confidence.

On a side note, is anyone able to change my username from 'Mr. Sexy Pants' to 'Mr. Sexypants' It's a trivial problem but will annoy me every time I see it.

Any responses/help/advice is appreciated. Cheers in advance.

There's nothing to fear in PE as long as you have the maturity to maintain self-control, build your exercises slowly, with consistency, take rest days and are persistent with your routine. Begin by READING ALL the threads in START HERE, top left tab, grey bar. There you will find everything a newbie needs to know to safely & effectively perform PE conditioning exercises that will build your EQ, PI's & size for more sexual confidence. Next, take correct measurements, take pics (or you'll regret it later), select a routine (JP90 or PESG), start a journal in the progress forum to log your daily routine, stay motivated, and get feedback from other members. MOST IMPORTANTLY, PE SAFELY!

Oh, and I'll contact Dangler, our senior admin about changing your username for you. Welcome to the GYM!

          Hey Sexypants?

          Welcome to the Gym.

As the Jock advised, pick one of the beginners routines and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slow, and build up to the full routine over a few weeks time. Jelq with an erection level between 45% and 65% using a moderate grip, just enough to move blood up the shaft and to the glans. .

Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone.Aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones. If at any time your EQ declines, back off until it returns.

Good luck on your PE journey, PE safely

Glad you found us, because when you do PE safely, there should be no danger of injuring yourself. Think of it like any other exercise. You go to the gym and try to deadlift 500 pounds - you might injure your lower back! But, if you go and workout using a reasonable exercise program, advancing as your body progresses, and listening to your body's responses to your workouts - you're going to get stronger.

Re: no complaints from your girlfriend - that's good! No one should ever pursue male enhancement for anyone else. It should be something you want to do for YOU. Like you said - to give yourself more confidence. To be the best you that you can be.

Definitely read this to get started -- New to Penis Enlargement? Start Here! -- it's going to give you links to all of the core material you need to know to get started, including our most popular beginner program, as well as videos on how to do each exercise - so you know you're doing them correctly.
