Just wanted to say this thread is great you guys do great work and I agree: we shouldn't just believe what some unknown person says in his 3th post about gaining 2' in 4 months.

Personally I am not sure if it is a toughness issue or rate of regeneration issue. The general consensus among medical professionals appears to be that we are not creating new cells with PE. I can buy that but that means we are enlarging the cells. Cells have metabolic pathways and require specific proteins and nutrients for continued growth. I think what happens to most people is that they over damage their unit and cause scar tissue or exhaust the cells growth potential. Each of these things, require different approaches to resolve. I will try to go more into this later, but I need to jet for tonight.
In the forward progress of society and feminism, masculinity (in my opinion) has failed to adapt. This has resulted in the figurative emasculation of many men. PE is not just about gaining size, it is also about gaining confidence, but most importantly embracing and learning healthy masculinity.

That is also correct. Hypertrophy instead of hyperplasia. There are published papers out of the web demonstrating the rate of hyperplasia on collagen cells in vitro. Excluding the fact they're done in near perfect environments for growth, they could be used as references.

There are some interesting studies out there about vibrations and hyperplasia and about mechanical stretch over a set number of cycles per minute with the same growth response. I'll post them later for discussion.

I believe we ALL apply too much tension for too long a period and the reaction by the body is to cross link the fibers to handle it. I have studies that back my viewpoint but none that deal with the tunica and its tough, pressure resistant structure. Therefor, I could be wrong.

I welcome everyone with an opinion. I, nor anyone else, seem to be wanting to argue, just have a discussion. We use to do this over at Thunders and many advances came from it, for instance the use of IR to heat the tissues.

I guess I'll have to start taking some pictures and "work on my rep" in order to convince people my gains are legit (or that I'm trustworthy and knowledgeable), first. But at the end of the day, if they want to follow the herd then I don't really care.

          I'd like to discuss this.
I'm wondering if PE have even more in common with gym workouts, then muscle confusion:
          1) Should we watch out how much protein and calories we take? This one, I feel, is very important. All these gains that I got so far, were during my bulking phase. When I ate at least 150 grams of protein a day and 3.000+ calories. I mean think about it. Do most of us even pay attention to this? Can we grow anything with lack of protein and calories? I got a feeling that growing a dick isn't actually body's priority.
          2) Should we exercise our penises every 3 days like we do for our biceps, chest...? Maybe we're overdoing it by exercising 5 days a week, hence hindering out growth. What if we can accomplish the same thing (or more) with doing 15 min workouts every 3 days, instead of 1 hour workouts 5 days a week?
          3) ??

I mean, I'd like to try some changes after I stop growing, but it might take a while.
Vitamin C is essential to collagen production. I don't think that you can compare muscles to collagen. I do believe you can stretch, to some degree every single day. It is a subject open for discussion. There are a couple of guys over at Thunders doing a routine that consists of loads of rest.

So basically these are saying that static stretch is bad for tissue growth/strength, and dynamic stretch is good. This is something exercise science has discovered in the last decade. This does not mean long tension is bad, as it tends to break down tissue.

I have already been thinking about this on and off as I exercise prior to seeing these studies. I believe if we modified some routines this might be able to be taken advantage of. My quick thoughts would be that a routine consisting of hanging for a couple of hours a day, along with a pump routine that takes advantage of a cycling electrical pump for a few hours a day, may elicit gains. My major concern is that the additional tissue growth in these studies appears to increase the strength of the cells as opposed to just the size, but that is why I think static plus dynamic would be the best route.

Another option would be once a PE'er plateaus they should switch to heat, message, dietary supplementation, and low stress cyclic exercise to aid in scar tissue removal, and cell growth.

              (thoughts)
The studies utilize long duration 4 hours and fairly rapid cycles at 1 to 2 times per second. A cyclic vacuum pump may be able to achieve these results or about a .25hz or 1 cycle per 4 seconds rate. Manually the only thing I can think of would be rapid clamp type exercise. Mechanically speaking I can conceive a few devices that could achieve these results. Electrically a tens unit may be able to replicate this, but I am not sure I want to be the guinea pig on that one.

I think it depends greatly on why we gain. Are we gaining due to the breakdown of collagen or are we gaining due to hypertrophy and then it slows? If the latter, you would want to static stretch until reaching a plateau and then switch to cyclic stretch to build more tissue.

It makes sense because it never gives ur penis a chance to plateau, but then again theres only 2 angles that are the most effective for length gains which is btc suspensory lig hanging and ots tunica lig hanging...

pain is the number 1 indicator for telling us if somthing is wrong, if ur hanging and u dont fatigue or feel pain after 20 mins or dont feel soreness the day after hanging anymore, intensify the excercise with more wieght and or extend the time of ur hanging sessions. Simple as that.

PE is very similar to working out although some say that muscles and the tissues in our penis are completely different however i believe they are very similar because even tho they different types of tissue overall they share many different physical properties.

You may have heard the saying no pain no gain at the gym...although too much pain will result in injury

This concept should be applied to PE aswell. The human body is more resillient than you think. so if you want to see gains, challenge ur penis!!! because it will get tougher and stronger the longer you do PE.

I wish I could contribute this in some scientific way but my knowledge of this subject is not that vast.
What I could do (for now) is to occasional make some changes and post how those affected my gains.

Last change I made, is introducing 2 minute of cold glass of water cool-down. Made this change 30 days ago and got 0.51' so far, which is at least 70% more then expected.

I'll be trying more things after my growth rate becomes unacceptably low.

A cool down will increase the amount of plastic strain, whereas heat increases the amount of elastic strain. If we are fatiguing our tissue Plastic=GOOD! / to much plastic=BAD!!! Heat increases the amount of elastic strain which is good for growth at least with moderate intensity.

My thoughts are turning to the possibility of switching to cool downs before and after workouts once conditioned, and then altering warm/cool every 3-6 months. However, again, too much plastic strain i.e. cold will cause injuries, so intensity must be controlled and understood.
