    The issue would be using a compound which would specifically target the tissue of the penis. I don't think it would possible to do that without using injections directly into the site.
    (Late 1999): 6" BPEL x 5.25" MSEG
    (Early 2001): 7" BPEL x 5.75"MSEG (mostly Hanging/Jelqing)
    Aug 16th 2015: 7.375" BPEL x 6" MSEG

    • This is all very interesting and makes sense. My only question that remains is what are your thoughts on how long to do exercises and how often? The consensus on stretching muscles in general is 20-30 seconds, once or twice a day, 4-7 days a week. For building muscle, it's two to three times a week, two to three sets per workout.

      So would it actually be detrimental to use an ADS every day? How does smooth muscle and the tunica compare to skeletal muscle? Should we be taking a break twice a week? Should we be stretching and pumping/jelqing/clamping less often? How much is too much, if there is a too much?

      • The tunica will always be the limit to stretch smc.
        As I understand the smc in this study where disconnected outside of anything else.

        How would you go on about stretching smc ? Maybe through 80% bends or bundles where the smc are expanded but not so much limited by the tunica...

          I have the same doubt haha but now I strech less than in the past and my units hangs a little bit more, could be I was overtraining in the past or acumulation work with the years...

            I think it depends on your routine.
            According to this SM theory:
            If muscle is overtrained it doesn't grow.
            It breaks apart and gets smaller.
            So if one uses a daily workout, the SM doesn't grow!?

            During a break it can finally grow.
            The erections help and maintain the growth.
            And pressure on the tunica is increased.

            Would be interesting to know how many had break gains
            and what routine they had before the break.
            Anyone?

            • Also, what about the GLANS???

              I'm under the impression that the glans doesn't have a tunica.
              If so, couldn't we compare/analyze results on, shaft versus head girth gains?

                If we know, then we can train it to do better.

                I don't really understood what traction wrapping is.
                But if it means that it is constraining the penis somewhat,
                then the penis needs to workout to keep the fresh blood flowing.

                Maybe that explains the gains.

                • Hi, my name is Edward, new here, so forgive me if I have missed anything that I'm asking, I 47 years of age, up until 2 month ago very sexually active, however all of a sudden I had lost my 10 raging hard on to what I suspect is now a 4 at very best. I get rock hard in the middle of the night sometimes, and rarely in the morning, however when I'm with women, I get semi hard and it dies instantly.
                  been to the doctors who have given me a trial of tablets, VIAGRA, CIALIS, and a couple of others, and sadly none worked, this morning I met up for sex with a FWB, and I overdosed the 100mg to 200mg and yet nothing,
                  anyone experienced this, or am I doomed?

                    You should re post this as your own new thread under Erectile Dysfunction. I'm afraid that replying to a thread from 2006 won't get much traction.

                    Also, see your doctor as this may be acute or chronic.

                    A testosterone measurement may be in order.

                        I'm also going to start back on L-Arginine, Yohimbe and Ginko. I had great success with the L-Arginine but stopped taking it while on break to give my body a rest from it.

                          Arginine is a precursor to Nitric Oxide production, which is a vasodilator. It expands the blood vessels. I've personally had better results from Citrulline Malate and Ornithine Alpha Ketoglutarate (OKG). OKG is gonna be the best bang for your buck in all-around health. I get mine from bulksupplements.com, which can also be found on amazon.com
