  • Awesome thread & great info.

    My stats are 6.5"-6.65" BPEL
    6.45 BPSFL w/a .10" difference.

    After reading this I've realized where my focus needs to be. Spending more time on my stretches than my girth routine. Although I like seeing how thick I get after my PE sessions but ultimately I've been doing PE to have a longer flaccid & erect cock. Guess it's time to switch it up.
    Start date sometime in 2010
    BPEL 5.25"
    NBPEL 5"
    EG 4.5"


    After on & off PE
    2/26/14
    BPEL 6.5-6.65"
    BPSFL 6.45
    BPFL 5.5" 1st thing in AM but usually 4.75-5"
    FMSG 4.5"
    EMSG 5.35"

    • Yep great thread and associated information.

      I'm on the JP90 program at the moment and haven't even measured my BPFSL (I will tomorrow). It will be interesting to see if I need to focus on tunica or smooth muscle, although that will have to wait until I have finished the JP90.
      25/01/14: BPEL 6'' * 5.1'' .......... 25/03/14: BPEL 6.3'' & 5.1

      31/10/14: BPEL 6.5'' & 5.3 .......... 02/03/15 BPEL 6.75'' * 5.5''

      10/01/16: BPEL 6.9'' * 5.4''

      • I'm only a few weeks into PE so I'm not looking to implement any of this until after I condition for at least 90 days. My question is in regards to SM limited situations where BPFSL is significantly longer than BPEL. When focusing on girth to work towards more of a Tunica Limitation what happens in regards to BPFSL? Does it shorten until you reach a more tunica limited situation or will BPEL continue to lengthen even though the focus is on girth? I guess a hypothetical would illustrate my question a little better.

        BPFSL: 7.5"
        BPEL: 6.75"
        EG: 5.5"

        By focusing on girth would this persons BPEL increase to get within a closer ratio? ie. BPSFL 7.5" BPEL 7" or would the BPSFL decrease to say BPFSL 7" BPEL 6.75" ?
        Beginning stats: BPFSL 7 5/8" BPEL 7.25" EG 5.5"
        Current: BPFSL 8 5/8" BPEL 8" EG 5.5"

              • It's not a routine but it's obviously a theory that determines your routine. It does make since because some of my best gains came when I was moving in a little girth work with my stretches. But I'm curious to know how practical the percentages are

                • It seems to be true for me. My BPEL is 20.7cm while my BPFSL is 21.5cm. My erections are very hard (I'd say 9). I've gained 3.2cm from hanging over the past 8 months or so. However no change in girth at all. My bathmate did not do anything for me (making me think it's a waste of money) but now I understand. Also jelqing made my erections harder (almost hurts!) but no girth gains.

                  • Since my BPSFL is 1 +1/2 " longer than my BPEL and my EQ is about a 6 , I'm going to try it .

                    • Good theory Quick question, say your tunica is the limiting factor; you work on mainly length based exercise for a while, can your smooth muscle then become the limiting factor and Vic versa?

                      • Oh, and BTW... I know this is coming in much too late, but the OP says "all the information in this post is no more than a theory". Which is a misconception, because you probably mean "a hypothesis".

                        A "theory", though used as such in popular speech often, in fact doesn't mean "something unverified" or "educated guess". A theory is a collection of data and scientific rules that exhaustively describes any given subject. You see creationists spouting "evolution is just a theory" left and right, which is just about the stupidest thing that can be said, because we've also got the "theory of numbers", "theory of machines", "theory of games" etc. You should treat the word "theory" as "an assemblage of knowledge" rather than "unverified conjecture". "Hypothesis" is the word for that :P

                          Yes, if you focus too much for too long on just one factor then the other one becomes the limit, that is why balance is important, if you do not neglect smooth muscles for tunica and vice versa, this could be minimized or avoided both would grow together, but some prefer to focus!

                            • This may be the wrong place but it seems to address this question the best. First an on topic digression. I have done pe for close to three years. Pumping, hand stretches, jelqs. I gained 11/4 inches in length and almost 3/16 inch girth in the first year and a half. Then I added hanging by way of LG Hanger. In a year with the hanger and manual stretches, jelqs(sporadically) I have gained another 1/4 inch in length but no more in girth. The biggest change has been in flaccid length and flaccid stretched. I am now over 1 inch longer bpfsl 8.6" and bpel 7.5". So yes you can change your limiting factor.
                              Now my question, does the smooth muscle move the semen out of the penis? Or more to the point, how do I become a shooter instead of a dribbler? I work keggels and reverse keggels as a daily activity and can hold a strong keggel for over 2 minutes, but this has not changed my dribble. Prostate milking has also not caused shooting, so any advice or redirection to a better thread? Thanks for this thread, and in my case I have moved this into the postulate category. Grow on fellow PEers.

                                No, smooth muscle is inside your CCs (Corpus Cavernosa), and acts like a sponge to keep the blood inside the chambers and block the way out.
