First of all, this is a very interesting post I saw at Thunders by a member called 8x8. I am not sure if I am allowed to copy it over (with the proper references of course). If I am violating the forum's rules, please just remove this post.
Thanks in advance!

Here is the part that interests me most:
"Later, almost by accident, I found a 2nd, incredibly simple technique/practice/habit, that explained why my post-masturbation libido/eq to that point, was less, when compared to my post-intercourse libido/EQ. This 2nd simple habit/practice/technique is what allowed not only for a far greater EQ of these subsequent erections, but also for a much longer/thicker/warmer and heavier flaccid hang, as well as a much stronger desire for intercourse or masturbation, at literally any time. this practice/technique, after some time, eliminated "turtling" altogether, even before my aggressive supplementation and dietary habits began. this technique, for a presumably physiological reason unknown to me, seems to be able to give full orgasm pleasure, and full release of semen, yet somehow seems to retain nearly all of the desire and yearn, as if one had never orgasmed. If you try it, you will see what I mean.
Prior to discovering this, during masturbation orgasm, I used to agressively, with pressure, stroke the head and glans, particularly focusing the friction on the prepuce/Coronal ring (bottom ring of glans where it attaches to shaft). While agressive rubbing of the prepuce/corona does produce what i would call the "highest quality orgasmic sensation", it, without exception, and everytime I have done it, seems to drain desire and fire from the libido for 18-24 hours. I assume the reason is a mediation of the cGMP cycle by fine nerve endings concentrated in the glans/prepuce/corona/frenulum.
Nonetheless, when orgasming, either during intercourse, or masturbation, and abstaining from any direct, pressured friction to the glans/prepuce/corona, desire and erection seem to remain. Ejaculate volume is still about 90% of what it normally would be during glans/prepuce/corna stimulation. The orgasm is slightly less intense, and only about 80-90% satisfying in comperison, but if glans/prepuce/frenular/coronal friction is absent during orgasm, the erection and desire are retained, and the retention only grows greater with long periods of abstaining from glans or coronal/prepuce friction/stimulation during orgasm. After several weeks of doing this, my desire was almost at early puberty levels, even though it was nearly a decade later. i noticed myself with urges I hadn't felt in some time, urges to impregnate even moderately attractive females. Not intercourse, but the specific desire to impregnate was vivid.
i have continued doing this for around 5 years now. Only 4 times have I tested this, by going back to full glans/prepuce/coronal friction during orgasm, and each time I did, I noticed a decrease of EQ and EF the following days, as well as a lowered desire. As soon as i resumed orgasm without friction on the glans/prepuce for a week or so, that burning desire and perpetual 24/7 15% erection (heavy thick flaccid hang) was back again. And when going for the marathons of multiple orgasms, even the 7th or 8th orgasm will still have a very high erection quality, so long as one abstains from glans/prepuce/coronal friction during the orgasms themselves.
It is such a simple technique, but it is well documented that not only do more frequent and turgid erections cause greater enjoyment for both partners, but these sorts of increased blood flow during flaccid states, and as well as increased heat, can aid PE gains, as it is a sort of natural ADS, all day engorgement, albeit a very slight one.
Note that in all stages of intercourse or masturbation leading up to orgasm, I have frequent and even intense friction directed at the glans/prepuce/coronal ridge, and this has no effect either way, I have tested. The lack of glans/prepuce/coronal friction is only required to be absent during orgasm, and also absent in the short periods immediately before and after orgasm."
So basically, he is saying that if we avoid stimulation to the glans/corona during organism and the 10-15sec following it; we will preserve our erection and libido (also he mentioned it helps to get rid of turtling.)
From the responses below that post, it seems this technique is working for a lot of men. I tried it once last weekend, and I haven't notice any significant difference yet.
Have anyone else tried it? I will give it few more tries in the next 2 weeks and post my results here.
Any input is welcomed
Thanks in advance!
