Side to side stretches?

  • I finished the first cycle of S2S stretch. I figured that using baby powder can help better doing S2S, the hands won't move and slip over the unit. I also had a couple of questions:
    1- Please tell me what you suggest for more tension and pressure for the second cycle?
    2- I sit in a chair and lean back, then I can pull my unit with more angle to my stomach. Is it fine?
    3- Any idea of bundled stretch+ S2S? means like preparing the unit with bundle stretch then doing S2S?
    4- Any other positions or angels it can put more tension?
    5- what if changing the direction in the sitting position? leaning back then pulling the member down then up sticking it to the stomach instead of left and right to tighs?

    • Is it a good idea I combine tension stretch and S2S stretch for the second cycle?
      warm up-> tension stretch>S2S> 100 jelqs > edging > cool down

        A lot can happen in a full cycle. I suggest forecasting on a week to week basis.

        You might try stretching in a downwards direction instead to fully target the suspensory ligament

        Bundles are a very advanced movement. I wouldn't suggest your attempting them any time soon.

        The position suggested above is most effective.

        That's also a advanced concept, and it should wait until you have the conditioning for it.

          It would be too soon for you to forecast ahead for the next cycle, IMO.

            Do you mean moving from 5 to 7 more downwards instead of 2 to 10 that I am doing now?
            By 5 to 7 I mean a more open stance that I can touch my member to the sides of my thighs, not the frontal area.
            Would you please elaborate a bit more?

            • Two other quick questions:
              1- For the second cycle starting from 400 s2s is fine? once the first cycle start = 100 end = 600?
              2- Is erect kegel safe? I usually do flaccid kegel. I heared erec kegel might be advanced ? if it is fine do I need to do it quickly?

                • I was wondering when you do these how long do you hold the stretch for? just a few seconds?. i started doing these using the glans chamber from the penimaster pro and the belt that comes with it to do the stretching. i hold it for 30 seconds each way i wind up doing it for 30 minutes. I really feel it the next day so i do it every other day. i was just wondering how long you guys hold the stretch for when doing it with your hand?

                    The length of the hold depends on the stretch. Side to Side stretches are dynamic and held throughout the exercise, but tension builds at the extreme ends of the rep arcs. Tension Stretches are held for 20 seconds each- 10 seconds building tension, then another 10 seconds maintaining.

                    • I have been doing this excersices for quite a long time, but with no results unfortunately.
                      I jelqed for 10 months and it did worked, I went from 5.7 inches to 6.3. Bpel. Eg. Went from 5.1 to 5.6 at one point. Then I stopped. I was getting to girthy. My dick looks always short but chunky.
                      is there any excersice that will focus on length rather than girth. I don't want to add anymore girth.
                      I tried stretches but no results. Any help? I thought about an extender. I might try to jelq again and see if I can gain more length but the idea of getting bigger in the girth department doesn't appeal to me. I m on the upper scale of girth and as I said before it looks chunky but short.
