I finished the first cycle of S2S stretch. I figured that using baby powder can help better doing S2S, the hands won't move and slip over the unit. I also had a couple of questions:
1- Please tell me what you suggest for more tension and pressure for the second cycle?
2- I sit in a chair and lean back, then I can pull my unit with more angle to my stomach. Is it fine?
3- Any idea of bundled stretch+ S2S? means like preparing the unit with bundle stretch then doing S2S?
4- Any other positions or angels it can put more tension?
5- what if changing the direction in the sitting position? leaning back then pulling the member down then up sticking it to the stomach instead of left and right to tighs?
