    Hello All,

    This is my first post here on PE gym, I've been lurking for a few months now though. I have been PEing now for about 5 months now and have had decent gains (about .5in BPEL in lenght and .25 in girth). I would like to now focus mainly on girth as that is what I would most like to improve. I was wondering what routines members have found to be most successful at increasing girth.

    Also I have purchases some L-arginine and was wondering what is an effective dosage is (mg's) and what is the optimal timing to take it.

    L arginine is okay but go for Ginkgo Biloba next time.

    If youve been PEing for 5 months, youre ready to hit up an advanced routine. Look at the Uli and O bend. Take the exercises that you like and make a routine out of them.

    When I have more time, I'll make routines for people to perform.
    Starting stats: October 15th, 2008 - NBPEL: 6.25' EG: 5.00'

    Current stats October 15th, 2009 - (100% erection) NBPEL: 7.20' EG: 5.375'


    Goal: NBPEL: 8' EG: 6' (objective: girth)

      I also endorse the ginkgo.

      I wouldnt be so fast to change your routine though, you might be doing whats best for your penis.

      You're not seeing any negative effects, right? What about the positives your still getting???

      Also if you're going to do Uli's or some of the other advanced girth programs you shouldnt do them as much as your other workouts.

      But, yeah can you share some of your Positive effects?? I just think it's weird how your so quick to change what's working, that's all..hope this helps man.

        Thanks for the feedback, I found the girth thead really useful.
        My gains have seem to have slowed a lot since I started so I just thought a bit of a switch up was in order to focus primarily on girth.

          Its normal, ussually girth gains are slower than length gains.
          March 4, 2009 BPEL5.25xEG4.5
          Short Tem Goal 6.5 x 5.5
          Long Term Goal 7x6 NBPL:D
          No specific target, no length and girth just a 100% EQ and a enjoyable session^^ but gains will be welcome :P
