This is my first post here on PE gym, I've been lurking for a few months now though. I have been PEing now for about 5 months now and have had decent gains (about .5in BPEL in lenght and .25 in girth). I would like to now focus mainly on girth as that is what I would most like to improve. I was wondering what routines members have found to be most successful at increasing girth.
Also I have purchases some L-arginine and was wondering what is an effective dosage is (mg's) and what is the optimal timing to take it.
