    so here is my theory. NOTE i have no real medical backing to this sort of thing except for a little above average knowledge on some medical things and common knowledge. with that said I have heard things like alcohol, weed, even plastic bottles when cracked or fragments fall into water raise estrogen or reduces testosterone. so my theory is maybe through small changes and avoiding certain things you can raise testosterone and reduce estrogen intake to slowly gain. One concept this can be compared to i was thinking was for example people who live in kenya all there lives or in higher altitudes have better stamina and cardiovascular system. so a simple change in living makes them "stronger" in a sense so wouldnt changing intake on things like estrogen make you "stronger" in the sense of gaining better.

    THE THINGS ID LIKE TO HAVE ADDRESSED IN THIS THREAD AND DEBATED AND INPUTTED ON WOULD BE:

    1.what daily things change testoerone and estrogen
    2. what would be the affects of these changes
    3. would it really be worth it to make these changes and stay away from things that lower testosterone or just buy things to raise/lower these things
    4. what kind of things could you buy to raise testosterone/lower estrogen.

    Weights are well known to increase , enough sleep is an obvious one also. Little known is a high intake of mono unsaturate fats.
    Estrogen increased by alcohol and soy.

    My girl friend telling me I am a hung stud ,increases my test also.

          Drink filtered water. Stick to a 10 day masterbation cycle so your test levels peak. Thats what ive read on here aswell, dunno if it works, but i feel like a beast on day 8. I feel like i could hit a home run with my face. Dont drink beer, start drinking red wine instead.

            I dont know if you know but this is actually the primary thing in male that increases testosterone production. Self-esteem and feeling successful.

              I have read somewhere that alkohol extract from nettel roots increases free test level by blocking 95% of it that would normaly changing into estogen

                live an overall healthy lifestyle that is the best thing anyone can do to improve their quality of life.
                If you really needed a little extra help you could take a T-booster or an estrogen reducer they're not too costly.

                  Im reading the book "the 4 hour body" and Tim Ferriss writes in his chapter "Sex Machine 1" he claims to have increased his testosterone from 244.8 to 653.3 ng/dL (Nanograms per decilitre). He gives 2 protocols one for immediate and short term increases and the other for long term increases (Bare in mind that he does a lot of exercises supplements ect. which may compound with the following in ways not understood).

                  Protocol 1: for long term and sustained
                  Fermented Cod Liver Oil + vitamin-rich butter fat: "2 capsules upon waking and before bed"
                  Vitamind D3 -3000 to 5000 IU (6000 - 10000 per day, until you reach blood levels of 55 ng/mL): "upon waking and before bed"
                  Short Ice Baths and/or cold showers: "10 minutes each, upon waking and right before bed. First 3 minutes are to be warm in the showers case"
                  Brazil Nuts*: "3 nuts upon waking, 3 nuts before bed"
                  *this was a personal choice of his because he was deficient in selenium.

                  Protocol 2: for short term and fun "nitro boost"
                  20-24 hours before sex
                  Eat at least 800 milligrams of cholesterol (example:four or more whole eggs or egg yolks) within 3 hours of bedtime, the night before. "Why before bed? Testosterone is derived from cholesterol, which is primarily produced at night during sleep."
                  Four hours Prior to sex
                  4 Brazil nuts, 20 raw almonds and 2 capsules of the above mentioned Fermented cod liver oil.

                  Results: 3 April 2009 (before) to 20 August 2009 (after)
                  Total testosterone: 244.8 to 653.3 (normal: 170-780; it would later jump to 835, more than tripling his original value, with the addition of Brazil nuts)
                  Free testosterone: 56 to 118 (normal: 47-244)
                  Percentage free testosterone: 2.3% to 1.8%
                  Bio-available testosterone: 150 to 294 (normal: 128 - 430) (he bolds this in his book)
                  Albumin: 5 to 4.6 (normal: 3.5 - 4.6)
                  DHEA-S: 170.5 to 201.8
                  FSH: 6 to 8.5 (normal 1.27 - 19.26)
                  Oestradiol: 39 to <20 (normal in males: <47)

                    Fermented fish oil never heard of it

                          Is there a problem with the mono unsaturated fat? elaborate for everyone.

                          He ate these things in the context of a Slow Carb Diet with a cheat day once a week and also included; Policonsanol (20-25 mg), Alpha-lipoic acid (100-300mg), Green tea flavanols (decaffeinated 325mg) Garlic extract (200mg) daily before these meals. He didn't mention any adverse affects for himself after taking the protocols as i said above when he would have as evidenced in his book.

                          The fermented cod liver oil seems to be hard to get especially for me in Australia. I bought cod liver oil but i didn't realise it was different from the fermented cod liver oil.

                          EDIT: I am not sure about the cycling of vitamins. The book you can probably borrow from the library to give it a proper read through, he adds a lot of the science behind his choice of supplements that i quite frankly cant be bothered typing as it would take too long. Also try the website and forum http://4hourpeople.com/tag.question/235/improving-sex.

                          I don't want to say it works for certain because 1) i have only started the diet recently, 2) i'm an unemployed student who cant really afford to fork out money for all the supplements he advises. Yet, he takes his self experimentation seriously to the point of installing a DexCom SEVEN continuous glucose monitor for checking the effects of his diet on his glyceimic response, and he explains his reasoning in simple terms as well as the science behind his choice so i am inclined to believe him.

                            Mono unsaturated fats are health positive and as mentioned in post 2 increase test. They are found in nuts, seeds,olive oil ,avacado etc .

                            Easy to take in a lot of calories if you are not carefull though.

                              Zinc is known to be an effective supplement to boost testosterone production...Check the vitamin isle at your local grocery store...
