Fascia as the limiting factor

Just a cursory observation, this line of thought may indicate that lightly massaging the tissue of the bucks fascia and the attaching elements would invoke a viscoelastic fluid to go from one more solid state to another more fluid one. Thus allowing the facia to be more receptive to manipulation. I need more on this. If the idea is valid then picking the proper stress mechanism is crucial to changing it permanently for "gains". Maybe looking too far down the single-track on this. There must be more to it?2017

Hmmmmm.... I don't have a "THREAD TOOLS" button. The 'Toolbox' is a bunch of PE stuff, and 'My Threads' are the ones I started. Maybe there is a tool that allowed you to change your dashboard? I've looked this up in relation to bodybuilding. Fascia is made up of areolar tissue, which is very very tough but can still be stretched.
Synthol is an interesting case to look up for fascia stretching in bodybuilding. Synthol is a sight enhancing oil (SEO) injected into muscles to bloat them up. People using these will inject weekly to bloat the muscle up in attempts to stretch the fascia. It's controversial because it's produced people who look like freak shows. Look up Synthol Freaks in an image search and all of those are real, you can find videos of many of these guys too.
The OP post was learning something new about this. Questionable if PE is real but the amount of people who have gained 2" is hard to argue against.Starting:
