  • Boner foods?

    what kind of foods should I be eating to help with my EQ? I have a very poor diet right now and also very low EQ,

    I dont think there is any food to make such impact.

    I suggest u to jelq and use penis pump also Kegels and that's how u will make your EQ high in the sky

    If non of these are your friendly tools , take some cialis or l-argirine tablets .

    Note: It take full 2 weeks with jelq and pump to make our quality Erection up to 10/10

      Actually I would disagree with you there are certain foods that help stimulate circulation throughout the body. L arginine does help stimulate blood flow but I am looking for foods not supplements.

        Cabbage....actually, all the cruciferous veggie family is good but i notice it most with cooked cabbage.

              Even a good diet of cabbage will still make it difficult to have SEX, though...the resulting FLATULENCE will most definitely KILL THE MOOD!!! ...just sayin'...

                  I wouldn't bother looking for certain foods to improve EQ. Go with an overall health lifestyle (cardo & resistance training, healthy diet, avoid toxins (alcohol, nicotine, recreational drugs, etc) and do some regular jelqing.
                  (Late 1999): 6" BPEL x 5.25" MSEG
                  (Early 2001): 7" BPEL x 5.75"MSEG (mostly Hanging/Jelqing)
                  Aug 16th 2015: 7.375" BPEL x 6" MSEG
                  Goal: I have retired from PE - So my goal is just maintaining.

                    I've found crab, any type of mollusk, shrimp too help out with EQ and volume of ejaculation.

                        eat foods high in zinc, eat your morning eggs, i notice when i started eating eggs in the morning for breakfast i got frequent boners throughout the day, also get a zinc and magnesium supplyment, they are relativly cheap and definatly work

                              I have increased my intake of sea food, spinach, walnuts and pomegranate. That will increase your B6, B12, Arginine. I also take supplements like Saw Palmetto Berries, Damiana Leaves, and Red Chinese Ginseng. But it's important to have balance as well. There are a lot of things you put in your body that have negative impacts to EQ. Just try not to focus on taking things for a quick fix. You start doing that and then your mental perception of your erection is tied directly to them.
