), and I maintain a really nice proportional hang ALL DAY! When I remove my stretcher & cock ring, I do my testicle massage (URO stretches) to relax my scrotum skin and maintain my testicle health. My flaccid penis hangs naturally at 6.25+" (about 1.75" below the bottom of my scrotum) normally, and the GF has noticed a positive difference in how relaxed my balls are! (She enjoys just playing with my balls while relaxing & watching TV before bed). It's become an almost nightly routine in fact!
