  • Lump on shaft from hanging

After hanging session, I have a swollen lump on left side of shaft. Looks like a bump in skin. It's very mild pain but does anyone know what it is or what it's from?

Noose too tight? inadequate padding? hematoma or edema maybe?

Is it's something to worry about?

If it's not too painful, try doing some light massage to work out the lump & soreness for a few days & take a break from hanging. When you start back, go with lighter weight on your Dong, and make sure your padding is straight under the noose.

Had that before. Just fluid buildup. Gone in a day. No biggie

Could be a lymphatic vessel. I've had them before. You should stop peing until it goes down by itself. It will only go down when it isn't constantly being simulated.
Or it could be a burst blood vessel. I've also had that before. It became a huge lump on my penis and got me very worried. Had to get an ultrasound and all. But was told it was superficial and it will go down in good time if it isn't being provoked (pe, sex etc) It was very tender at the time and took a good 3 months to go away. But eventually it did.
You don't want to make it worse. So just rest up, and wait it out.
