    Up to 10 lbs now.

    I'm not really hittin that fatigue on any real level yet. I'm worried I may have a dick of adamantium.

    My taping and attachment are on point. I believe I have a 99% blister proof method. Maybe. It's working. When the glans expansion wears off though my meatus stays swollen as fuck!

    Just a little worried that the inconsistent PE over the years may have done some toughening to the tissues. I do have that steel cord tissue along the top of my shaft. That definitely needs breaking down.

    Still cutting calories, and I basically have this skinny fat physique. I am pretty lean with my arms and legs but my lower abdomen is really holding on to the remaining fat. Really annoying lol. S'all good though. Almost fucking there!!!!

      The skinny fat look can be a hard one to kick. It’s counterintuitive but keeping your calories up and working out harder actually produces better results.
      If your eating enough for your weight/height I would suggest fasted morning cardio, really targets fat. Just make sure you keep your heart rate around 125, much higher and you start using muscle as fuel.
      I’m somewhat of a newbie in PE but diet and exercise I know. If you would like a little guidance just PM me.

        Thanks bro for reaching out. But yeah, I pretty much understand nutrition and exercise as well. I am not too active right now other than walks, and I really don't need to be. I am still consistently losing bodyfat on what I am doing.

        Our bodies obey the laws of thermodynamics no matter what we do. Even if I was an ultramarthoner and burned exactly 8000 calories in a day, if I wanted to lose weight I would eat at a calorie deficit, preferably 500 calories so 7500 calories. Otherwise, if you keep eating 8000 calories, the body composition will remain the same, neglecting other factors.

        As for hanging, today was interesting.

        Hanged 10 pounds as usual right now. Not really any fatigue, slight pull and minimal discomfort but eh... Ill stick with it for now. I went to the kitchen and was just basically cooking my meals for the day. Lol.

        It was weird at the start but I got used to the routine and may actually start doing this from now on. Really optimizes time.
