Yep! As ADS devices go, this one will help keep your unit extended ALL DAY, and while it's not an extremely effective growth oriented device, it's certainly useful in preventing turteling, and will effectively help cement your gains from PE if worn consistently after performing your exercises, IMO. It's also reasonably priced compared to other ADS devices and their Rep here is extremely attentive. Their customer service department is excellent in helping you size yourself and custom make Innerwear specifically to your physiological needs to achieve your goals.

One more thing making Stealth a superior ADS device to others is the fact it is so "user friendly"! Unlike every other extender, Stealth does not require removal of the Innerwear to urinate. It's as easy as wearing a cock ring, in fact!

How is that possible? I mean, if you have the nylon sleeves on, there is compression going on. So I wonder if this is why I am not having any girth gains after 2 months of JP90. Intuitively, i jelq and stretch, but then all day the Stealth compresses my cock.

Stealth does lightly constrict the penis, but by design, it also elongates the penis, holding it in a fully elongated flaccid state (That's why it is an excellent anti-turtling device). It also expands or engorges the glans via the silicone ring that fits firmly behind the corona, when properly sized.

A steel cock ring that fits around your entire package, causes more generalized engorgement of both the penis & the testicles. Cock rings are therefore more of a girth enhancement device, not geared so much toward length as Stealth, IMO.

Stretchy rubber or silicone cock rings (worn typically around the base of the penis shaft) that constrict, should NEVER be worn for more than 30 minutes without removal (like during/ after sex), because they can cause severe tissue damage or even death to penile tissues. These aren't useful for achieving permanent PE and are for only temporary assistance in maintaining an erection.

I have found that it has increased my flaccid size (not erect size though) by about an inch. I quite like it. Although I have found that when I don't wear it and I wear underwear, it feels quite uncomfortable now. Even sometimes without underwear. I think I get used to the feeling of my member being stretched and I like it, and sometimes when I take it off my member feels like a squeezebox. I think that's actually a good sign though.

I agree with your take on cock rings.... however you can achieve the same desired effects with a silicon band. Which is why I invented the LG Hanger Girth Band. It provides a mild amount of compression without hindering blood circulation. Since the band is 1 3/4" long it doesn't put pinch pressure on a narrow area like a cock ring. It prevents retraction and helps keep your flaccid penis fuller and longer all throughout the day. Additionally you can urinate with it on without any problems. Essential that you get the right size.

Looking forward to getting my stealth. Been a turtler my whole life. Legit almost 300% change from flaccid to erect. 3 weeks of doing stretches and it already seems to hang better. Anyway in regards to the stealth. Ordered it last Friday. Contacted customer service this Tuesday because of no status change. Customer services said they were behind and that it would ship by Thursday....still hasn't shipped. Oh well, just wish they were more up front about shipping times (I run a business, I try to give a further out time frame and do better than promised...not the other way around). I guess this means I am pretty average since my size is out...lol. Still looking forward to such a nice looking product. Obviously I don't know how it works, but I can't imagine that it would hurt anything. As far as edging and pumping. Yes I believe the engorged blood flow is best there, but you can't do that all day. This will keep the turtling down and when I am pumping or edging I would imagine I would have to leave it off until the engorment subsided anyway due to the fitment of the stealth. So short story long. I don't think there is any reason for one OR the other, but rather use both when appropriate.

Stealth is great given you get the right size, I wear mine almost 24/7 ..taking it off to dry after washing and during PE. I think it's my favorite investment in my journey so far
