    Hi guys,


    I just wanted to chime in with my two cents on the Bathmate. A bit about me first. I have always been aware that I have a small penis, it’s very evident from changing rooms, and over half a dozen girls have told me that I’m really small, one even dumped me for it. My original penis size was BPEL 5.75 inches, MSEG 4.75 inches. It has caused me great anxiety in my life and affected my actions many times. I can remember once working away from home looking at my erection in the mirror in the hotel room, it looked so “stubby” and pathetic, it just didn’t look right. I remember some girls telling me that they had recently had sex with a guy with a massive penis, and one girl said to me “oh well, don’t worry, sex isn’t everything”. I remember getting changed at a gym once, and seeing a naked boy no more than 13-14 years with a flaccid penis larger than my erection,it made me feel awful. And it seems that many online forums and such are flooded with guys who have 8-10 inch dicks probably 4-5 times the size of mine in volume.


    So November 2018 I bought a Bathmate and started experimenting. Nothing happened for a few months, because the routine they tell you to follow is far too conservative, I even stopped using it for a few weeks in despair but then went back at it with a vengeance. I guess they are scared of a lawsuit from someone going too hard too fast and hurting themselves.


    I used it every day,increasing the intensity until my current regime, which many may consider to be ridiculous. I use the hottest water which I find comfortable. I don’t work right now so time is not an issue. I do a one hour pump on medium pressure with the comfort ring, then remove the pump, place 4 elastic bands around the base of my penis to keep it large for as long as possible. Then I do another set exactly the same. After the second set, it should be very difficult to remove my penis from the tube without waiting a minute or two – the first time this happened I think it was the breakthrough that encouraged me to keep going. I then do a third set, with comfort ring removed which allows a few extra mm of girth expansion room, and use the absolute maximum pressure I can achieve, and leave it on until it becomes uncomfortable after which I remove it and reapply the elastic bands for an hour or so. I should mention that whilst the pump is attached,I lie in different positions which allows the weight of the water filled pump to pull and stretch my penis, 10-15 minutes to the left,right (lying on a bed watching a movie on my laptop) and then straight down sitting at computer chair at my desk with my penis over the edge so it gets stretched downwards. I also sometimes eat a quarter of a Cialis 2 hours beforehand which seems to have an effect.


    I’ve been at this level of workout for about three months now, and yesterday did a careful erect measurement. I measured as exactly BPEL 6.75, and MSEG of 5.25. I feel much happier now in general, I feel like I have a much more acceptable penis size, but when I look at it with my own eyes it still seems small. I had sex with a girl I haven’t seen fora few months and she immediately noticed the difference (I told her I had given up smoking and alcohol to improve bloodflow, don’t think she bought it). Obviously I want more so am not going to stop.


    When I bought it, I read loads of reviews, but quickly came to the conclusion that many of these reviews were not real, and many even used the same stock photos confirming my suspicion. I spent a long time thinking about whether the expansion comes from fluid in the dermal tissues or is an actual stretching of the penile cavities – but I don’t care which is the case as long as my penis is bigger. If I pump in the morning and have sex that evening I still get the benefits of the “pump”,but strongly suspect that if I stop that I will go back to my previous size.


    I just wanted to say that the Bathmate can work on it’s own, but for many the amount of time and effort involved is going to be prohibitive. It’s been 8 months for me now, first few months were just experimenting, last 3 or so months have been hardcore pumping workouts with no rest days.My erection quality is off the charts, and I have made some very significant gains albeit at the cost of great investments in time and dedication. I can understand why so many people get no results –for me it takes 2+ hours a day to achieve progress. Please don’t try and copy my workout unless you know exactly what you are doing,for me it has been very safe but may not be for you.

    Holy shit bro thats a ton of time inside the pump. Is that mainly expansion of the tunica or just edema up the ass? I will say that i recently starting doing 20 minutes straight in the pump vs. 3 sets of 5 mins. And I also have noticed that a longer straight session makes my unit super thick when taken out up to 6" in girth whereas the 3x5 sets only expand girth to 5.5" to 5.75". I seem to get mild edema either way, so I guess it is what it is. I'd be afraid to stick my dick inside a bathmate for an hour though. Did you work up to that or just said fuck it one day and let it buck for 4hrs???

    There's a popular thread in the success forum "cheap hard gainer, something or other title...." where this guy does a water bottle for extended periods of time (similar to a bathmate), who has reported unusual gains from this method. Maybe there is something to the longer times under water pressure?

    Not sure. Maybe some vets can chime in???

      I worked up to this very, very slowly and cautiously, however, I generally avoided rest days as I found them to be counter productive.

      For me, I found the magic happened at pumping over 30 minutes, noticeably better stretch, pump and longer lasting effects. Working up to an hour amplified this and helped to produce definite gains in both length and girth.

      As mentioned, trying this isn't a good idea unless working up to it slowly, but I found my unit to be very resilient to bathmate pumping, I'm sure I could do a 2 hour pump if I wanted to with zero ill effects.

      As mentioned, my previous girth was poor, but I have since measured up to 6.5 girth after removing the bathmate, but sure some of this is oedema but who cares really, if my unit looks that massive it makes me feel good for the rest of the day.

      I'm going to try and keep going strong on my workouts, my ultimate goal would be 7.75x5.5,which although not massive, would never be called small or tiny again. I am setting a timescale of 2 years to try and hit this.

      Not sure why anyone would be scared of using a bathmate for an hour, do people actually think that a bit of suction can make your dick fall off? For me it has certainly been the more the merrier, sure gains took a long time, but I can't argue with my ruler. Something is working for me. I put a lot of effort into the stretches, and can feel it afterwards, like when you finish a great gym session. I love that feeling because it makes me feel like I have achieved something.

        I've been reading this forum for pump enthusiasts lately. It's pretty common for these guys to spend several hours a day pumping. On the PE forums, it seems most people do 15-20 minutes.

        I've been doing Bathmate for about 7 weeks now and recently got a vacuum pump. I enjoy both. After reading that forum I decided to do three 15 minute rounds doing pulse pumping where I go up and down in pressure. From my reading, this is the best way apparently. Also, you aren't gaining anything apparently by going high pressure. I'll go up to 8 or 9 for about 20 seconds and then back down, just to test my limits.

        Apparently the best way is pressure between 3-5 for long periods of time. It's also recommended to remove the pump every 10-15 minutes and massage the penis for a minute before going back in.

        I haven't been doing PE for very long - just 7 weeks - but I feel comfortable up to 7hG so I might as well try these longer pumping sessions.

        Bathmate is cool, but I don't think it's good for going up and down in pressure. You might consider doing what I did and getting a second pump. Four hours a day is a lot of time, but .5" of girth is a lot too. I would imagine you could have gotten that with much less time had you incorporated manual exercises. On my next session I'm going to follow the third set with some soft clamping, just to keep my dick engorged. Eventually I think I'll superset this with the pumping 3 times.

        What i like about pumping is that after a while, even if your dick is only temporarily larger, it's always larger because you're pumping several times a week and from what I understand, you keep the pump for 24 hours.

        I feel like I've reacted well to pumping, so I'm going to keep doing it. It's relaxing and fun and it's great because you can do other stuff while you're in the tube.

        I got the HydroVibe setup recently. If you're doing so much bathmate, I recommend it. I only bought it because of some promotion that gave me $20 off the price.

          So I tried 35 mins of the bathmate last night just to see what happened. My dick came out fat as all get out, like 6.25” girth and my doughnut edema was crazy like 6.5”+. It was still swollen up this morning when I got up. Dunno guys I’m not sold on it. I’ll try it for a week and see if the edema lessens.

          I also banged my wife shortly after who complained about my size lol. She said it hurt. 6.25” girth is retarded huge. It was easily the size of a redbull can. Maybe a good size if ur gf or wife is down to fuck horses but wasn’t cool with mine.

            The girl I mentioned in my post is a little Asian girl, but loves my bloated penis. I used to get the donut effect with Bathmate, but now only get it rarely. Obviously if it does happen I wait until it's gone down, a few hours usually does it.

            I have tried going up and down in pressure, tried all different time under different pressure, made notes as I went along to see what worked best. Hour sessions on medium pressures produce the best results, and I really like finishing off with a high pressure session, seems to keep me pumped up until the next day and has increased vascularity noticeably.

            Also I am sure that my pretty heavy stretching whilst under vacuum in the tube does something - as mentioned I really get a good stretched feel afterwards. The weight of the bathmate filled with water seems to be just right for applying a good stretch with me just having to lie there and do nothing.

              Just did another 35 min session. Incredible expansion, around 6.5”. Still a lot of donut but I’m going to try this a while and see if it lessens over time.

                Make sure to push your foreskin back over your glans immediately after removing the pump, I find that this dissipates the donut very quickly, leaving the skin retracted only makes things worse.

                I'm going to be using my dick tonight so am going all out today. I just did a quick 10 minute blast in the shower under the highest pressure I could achieve, and measured at 182mm on the scale, that's a new personal best for me, was at about 179mm last month. 182mm is right at the top end of the bathmate scale so am really pleased and looking forward to trying to fill the tube, not sure if that's possible but I'm going to dedicate myself to hitting it.

                This is proof for me that PE is real, it just takes a LOT more time and effort for me than many of the other people on here.

                Edit: only an hour to go now and I'm hanging absolutely massive with the elastic bands on my base, an hour after pumping I'm between 6 and 6.125 MSEG! This will be interesting.

                  I did a total of 100 minutes yesterday, 50 minutes in the AM and 50 minutes 12 hours later. I did pulse pumping for each session, taking the tube off every 15 minutes for 1-3 minutes. I wonder if there is any value to removing the tube. Maybe they just say to do that for fear that people will hurt themselves staying in for long periods of time. I mean, the photos I've seen on that forum are absolutely shocking. Some of these guys love the donut effect and others are really into ball pumping with these ridiculous looking sacs. It's like a carnival freak show with these massively pumped up penises.
                  I'm going to take the day off and then try pumping tomorrow for 30 minutes straight at 5. I think one advantage to taking off the tube is that I can get erect again for the next round.
                  I had sex yesterday an hour after the 50 minute pumping session and it was fine. Maybe I was a bit bigger, but I think my penis was a bit tired, so I lost my erection halfway through. I've only been doing this 7 weeks so maybe in a few months I will be noticing some changes. I do get a fatter heavier flaccid hang and some veins popping, so I think I'm on the right track. Soon I'm going to incorporate some girth exercises in between sets.

                    Don't keep removing the tube, I found that halts everything. It's uninterrupted time in the tube which gives real results, 30 minutes minimum. I'm pretty cautious with my measuring to make sure that I do everything exactly the same each time and gained 3mm in under a month which sounds like not much but it's real. And it works out at 36mm in a year if it keeps coming which is massive.

                    If you read my original post, I feel that my reasonable gains are coming from very hard and prolonged stretching of ligaments which I feel afterwards, combined with the extreme stretch provided by hour long pumping sessions.

                    3-4 hours a day for a month to gain a few mm is definitely a raw deal, I doubt that most guys have that much time to spend. I know that my gains will slow down, but the idea of having a 7+ is too tempting for me so I'm gonna keep pushing from morning till night with this.

                      Ok, well that's good to know. That's pretty cool how scientific you've been about keeping notes and measuring progress. I suppose I will try pulse pumping now for 30 minutes and do that for a week and perhaps increase to 32 minutes the following week. By the time I'm doing a full hour I will have been pumping for 6 months.

                      I did something stupid a few weeks ago. In a fit of body dismorphia, I went into the bathmate erect for the first time and pumped to the highest pressure. I noticed the next day what I thought were red dots. It's more like a rash of redness with dots. I thought it would go away after a day break, but it hasn't gone away. Maybe I have to take a week off to see if it will go away. It really shows how careful we need to be with PE. I was ready to try clamping, but now I think I'll stick to beginner girth exercises for the next few months and not rush anything.

                      Even if the 3mm per month decreases the larger you get, it's still a ton of girth. My immediate goal is only .5" because I'm at 4.5" midshaft. I really want to get to 5" because that's what I consider the minimum to be able to feel ok about my penis. Right now I'm full of anxiety because I'm unsure if any of this will work for me. For all I know, I could have a strong tunica that won't budge without many years of hard labor.

                        The red dots is your body's way of showing you that you aren't ready for the intensity. I only had them once when I first got my bathmate and did too much.

                        Forget pulse pumping, it is crap. Get in the tube as erect as you can, pump up as much as you can and sit there for 30-60 minutes. Watch game of thrones or family guy. If it gets uncomfortable then release a little bit of pressure but remember that it's the time that's important, not the pressure.

                        5, 10 or even 20 minute sessions for me were useless. Try a 30-40 minute session and post on here about what happened, I'm sure you will be amazed.

                        Once you get the hang of it, if you don't have a half inch in length and girth after a year I would be astonished.

                          So this morning I tried Angion method for the first time and couldn't keep erect. Then I tried some edging and my EQ was pretty low. This has to be related to the pumping festival from yesterday. I may not pump for two days. I just found some old threads about pumping and EQ and found that pulse pumping is good for EQ while long sessions at moderate pressure is good for size.
                          The problem with the red dots is that they haven't gone away. I don't know if pumping is preventing it from healing, but it's somewhat concerning to me. Maybe I should just stop everything until it clears up.

                            Do any of you guys stretch or jelq at all in your pumping routines?

                            My dick always gets bruises from pumping and thats only from 10 min of pumping after a 10 min stretch and 10-15 min of jelqing prior to pumping.

                            Does no one elses dick or sack get bruised up?

                              I've never had bruising, sometimes I have seen a slight darkening of the skin tone which lasts only a few minutes though.
