Hi Seth how long do you pump for and at what pressure, every time I start with 3 x 8 minutes sessions at 3/4 pressure I’m fine but after a few weeks if I try for a 4 session I’m always coming out with blisters on the head, I’ve been at it nearly 6 months now and I haven’t gained anything to be honest, can you give us a little inside of your routine, cheers.
