  • Thanks for the reply BNIP yeah I started few days ago there as being back at work and that i didnt really have much time to use my peni master pro so i thought hanging would be better. i I started hanging with 8lbs ontil I seen this fread and so i droped it down to 2.775 lbs today witch worked great and yeah that's what I was suppose to say in my last comment about how many sets per day to do I'll try push for 4 there and just use my sleeve in between sets thanks. BNIP how do you know when to up the weight? And how long have you been hanging? And is hanging the only thing you do? And how much have you gains though hanging? Sorry for all the questions BNIP as hanging is all new to me and i don't wont to wrack my pride and lol

    • When you can slowly handle more weight you can start to add it. Make sure you can go 15-20 minutes with the new weight. If you can only go a few minutes with the heavier weight, go back down.

      • Thanks big NBIP pal you have been of great help to get me going on the hanging road. I can't beleave I wasted so much time on extending. This hanging is great love it got hooked up today put on some only fools and horses comedy did 6 sets at 20 mins at 2.7lbs BTC with 10 mins breaks in between and my last set I got I reached my limit. So i guess this weight is just about right for me at the min. Though if some one had of seen my sitting there laughing like that they would have got quite the shock lol anyways its Way better than any penis enlargement thing I've done with already great resalts as soon as I took off my hanger and used heat map for 10 mins the hang was really pleasing. When I used the extender then put on my abs sleeve the sleeve was always a we bit big but after good hanging Session the sleeve fits perfect now witch I guess I got a brillant workout in and I will check that out thanks there's a lot of good info on this forum so glad I found this place onwards and upwards going for that big 9,

          Hung today for 2xsets of 20 mins at 6lb - had a bit of fluid build up around the head and top half of my penis...is this because my penis isn't ready for this weight? I have progressively moved up over 3 weeks so not gone at it gung ho...

          • Am I supposed to feel fatigue in the middle when hanging straight down?
            I am only feeling it on either side, about 1,5 inches from the middle. Especially the left side seems to be tight.

              • I did light pumping after I hanged today. Not directly after…couple hours. I imagine it's fine if it's not a heavy amount. I'm still pretty green though… so wait for others to chime in

                • Just now getting to 12x it's taken me 7 months of hanging, but it feels good to not only see progress, but feel it! I'm officially a hanger lol

                  • I see no reason why one couldn't combine heavy girth work with length work. It seems that the two should compliment one another. Especially, when you think about the layers of the tunica, and that they tend to go longitudinally and laterally. Even if girth work is only hitting the smooth muscle, shouldn't the increased expansion provide additional stress on the tunica with outward pressures (laterally), while hanging is also providing a downward stretch (longitudinal).

                    Sometimes I read some of these "theories" and think, many of them don't seem to follow with due diligence. It's just some guy who feels like they've been practicing a technique long enough, and with enough success to qualify themselves as knowledgable. The explanations often don't have the rigor that should be followed if we are going to look at PE through a biological/scientific lens. I understand that its based off empirical evidence, but many times the information seems to be contradictory to my experience and knowledge. However, I seem to be a tough gainer, and my penis seems to happily take whatever training madness I throw at it, so perhaps I'm just an outlier.

                    • I have always found that the two compliment one another brilliantly. Since I have started hanging, I have noticed that my pumping works even better with hanging, and vice versa.

                        • Having a bit of an issue with hanging, now that I am getting up to about 9 lbs, I can't seem to stop it from slipping.

                          My wrapping- a 1.5 inch wide by about 8 inch thin cloth, I wrap once around the glans, then continue to spiral towards shaft. Then I have tried both a 3 inch wide piece of theraband once around entire shaft, and a couple times a 2 inch one and wrap like I do the cloth. I hang, get it all in place, but the theraband seems to slip over the cotton no matter how tight I get it. It does not fall down like it is gonna fall off, but my glans is probably poking out about 1/2 inch of the front of the bib starter. It doesn't really hurt, but it does not seem right. Is this ok?
