so i have a question for you guys. i have been doing light jelqing routines for a year, made some modest gains, and recently have started doing JPs routine about 4 times a week and am hoping to get some gains from it. But i was just wondering if doing some hanging will help increase my length quicker and more effectively. Right now im at 6.0 and would like to someday reach 6.5
So will adding light hanging, like .5-2 pound, to my routine give me faster length gains?
And i know you have to be conditioned to do hanging. But i would consider myself pretty well conditioned so i dont think that is an issue, plus ill be doing veryy light weight for the first few weeks just as a precaution.
