Read a good bit about Bathmate and considering adding one to my routine - primarily for warm-ups as one post indicated. I pump with a VacuTech cylinder as my primary PE device and it's the focal point of my sessions. I will probably use it to warm up and if it gets the cock nice and plump as everyone states, then I should be able to pack out my cylinder much faster.
My question to the forum is has anyone seen any significant gains from using it? I have read every post here and the consistent thing I am reading is that is really just gets you good and engorged for a while, but I have not seen anything in how it's helping with gains. Anyone?Old Gym Log - Tracking progress with the iLogPE App

First of all, make sure you take a break before going from Bathmate to Vacutech. Like maybe jelq for 5min in between to restore blood. pumping alone = really not that effective. Which brings me to the second point: YES! I gained from pumping. Girth came effortlessly. Length, on the other hand, requires months of tunica deformation and restructuring. But of course you have to do other exercizes to really see gainsOriginally posted by GettinThereOK View PostRead a good bit about Bathmate and considering adding one to my routine - primarily for warm-ups as one post indicated. Thanks. As girth is my primary objective, I will certainly add Bathmate to my regimine. I added more stretching exerises to my routine last night and I could certainy feel - and see - what I had been missing. If I'd have known that, I would've stayed with it years ago!Old Gym Log - Tracking progress with the iLogPE App

Sesq - I would have been reticent to start using another pump, but with the Bathmate - you cannot use too much pressure. That is the main thing I think it has going for it over other pumps. And what quality, exactly, makes the Bathmate any more exceptional than any other half decent pump?Vulcan

You can't use ''too much'' pressure? I find this hard to believe considering "too much" is very subjective. ''Too much'' for one person is not enough for another. So can this pump achieve anything over 5hg?Originally posted by vulcan View PostSesq - I would have been reticent to start using another pump, but with the Bathmate - you cannot use too much pressure. I beg to differ! Even experienced pumpers say you can over pump! I believe Vulcans point is that the bathmate will only pump so much, therefore its less likely to cause injury do to over pumping. It doesnt have a gauge so nobody is exactly sure how much pressure it achieves at max, but it seems to be low enough not to cause major problems.Originally posted by Sesq View PostYou can't use ''too much'' pressure? Here's a challenge; Define "over pump". Can't? Well why not? Is it too subjective? I thought so. There are MANY people who pump at extreme pressures like 10hg. I know of many who simply pump for the novelty of it. Guys who use high pressure so they can go from 6 x 5 to 8 x 8 simply for fun.Even experienced pumpers say you can over pump!
For the guys who are simply doing it for overall penile health, maybe a little size, they tend to pump at under 5hg.
Not high enough to cause major problems [for some], but not high enough to get a good expansion [for some others]. And no gauge? It doesnt have a gauge so nobody is exactly sure how much pressure it achieves at max, but it seems to be low enough not to cause major problems.
