You might try this: After I'm warmed up with the VT, I jelq as you guys recommended, so that I don't build up fluid. (I have a huge amount of skin now from all the years of stretching--that's why I am trying to get back to my basic jelqing routine from several years ago). I ended up with an 8" donut a day or two after I received the VT in the mail. He, he. (I've been using the pump off and on for about two months now).
Anyway, I pump for ten minutes or so, then jelq, pump then jelq. etc. I try to do a half hour minimum--usually longer. Then I detach the pump and use the tube as a jelqing device. This way, I can focus on the very base of my dick and the inner penis.
Any feedback or suggestions would be much appreciated.

Hi, new member here. I'm sorry if this has already been covered but I have a question concerning an order I just placed. i've heard a lot of good things and a lot of bad things about the BathMate. I'm not sure if thats because its a scam or if it just works differently for different people but i've decided to give it a try and my question is would it be good idea to wait till i finish up jp's 90 routine to add it to my work out or start using it once i get it?

Bathmat is definitely a legitamite product and has many strong supporters. I bought the Bathmate about 6 weeks ago been using it without water wich only gives low vacuum took some time to get used to
it would give me a temporary gain of about .125" or 1/8 and did not last long maybe 15 min also used it in the shower with water

I would wait if I were you. It has its place in one's routine, but I would give the manual exercises their time for now. Like any device, it's how you use it. ) . This time around though, actually started jelqing a few months before - nothing serious, but here and there and some other things and got my cock in condition. Now I'm realizing gains I never experienced before when using it in conjunction with a manual routine.

Have had mine (hercules) for about a month and added it to my arsenal
I used the jes Extender Bi weekly for 30 minutes and do manual stretching and girth exersizes the day after my extender days. been doin that for a year (2 months on, 2 weeks just kegels, 2 weeks just jelqing and kegels)
i use the bathmate twice daily on non workout days (once when my morning rager is about 50-75%, and once at night)
Workout days, same morning ritual, then before my workout i use it for 10 minutes as a warmup, then right after, i use it again for ten minutes to really stretch and fill the tissue
havent noticed any gains in girth or length since starting
BUT
what i have noticed is my erection strength is vastly higher, especially in the morning. I have almost similar erections to those i had in my peak sex days, and for nearly as long, which is great. I started having trouble using mine. No problems at all the first couple weeks but now it sucks my nuts right up to the base of it a it hurts. Tried different positioning and hold my sack down while I pump but as soon as I let it go it suck up into the chamber and pulls my balls ight against it.
Any tips? Oddly enough I never had any problem until I started doing DLDs super stretches with it and it seems like my sack never hangs as loose as it used to.
Any ideas whats going on? Or tricks to keep your nuts out of the way?

I've never had that problem Ricky, are you warming up prior to pumping? If I get a good warmup my nuts hang lower and out of the way.

Try massaging them a lil before you use it. The increased heat should loosen ur sackand naturally tell ur balls to drop away form ur body
