Any one hear of Bathmate????

  • Try using the BM after manual exercises. It works out much better.

    • what i do for the bathmate is:

      10 minutes BathMate
      5 minutes Slow Squash Jelqs
      10 min BM
      5 min SSJ
      10 MIN BM
      5 min SSJ

      Breaking up the time spent in the BM and super setting it with the SSJs really help immensely with reducing fluid build up. Typically when I am finished with this routine, I have little to no fluid retention.

      Slow Squash Jelq (SSJ)
      -After using the BM for 10 minutes, remove it.
      -Get your penis to 100% erection.
      -Grip your penis firmly at the base with the "OK" grip and slid your grip up about an inch (as if doing a normal jelq)
      -With your other hand, firmly grip your penis under the head with and over-hand "OK" grip and begin to jelq it towards your body (and towards your other hand)
      -Hold this grip for about 15 seconds
      -Repeat

      I dont do a certain amount of "reps" of the SSJs, I just do them for 5 minutes. You will be amazed with how much this helps with eliminating fluid retention! By the end of my sessions I consistently gain 1 inch in MSEG (temporary of course)! With little to no fluid retention!

        • Just got my Bathmate in and I'm still a bit confused after reading the manual. Essentially you fill the chamber with water then push the device down to increase the pressure, right? So when you reach the amount of pressure you're going for do you just let it rest for the duration you want to use that amount of pressure for?

          Edit: I found a video that explains how it works and I tried it out, pretty self-explanatory when you start working with it really. Felt really good, I think I'm going to do 5 minutes in the morning and 5 at night to start, probably around 150mm, I did a little less this first time just to try it out, but I think 150 will be good for at least a couple of weeks for conditioning, then I'll go up gradually from there.

          • Been using bathmate only since end of November. I am lazy and do no excercises. I use the bathmate twice a day most days for 10 minutes rest for 5 then again for another 10 minutes for a duration of 20 minutes each use. That's a total of 40 minutes per day. I have skipped some days here and there. I would say that it is working more for girth than length.

            Begining 11/29/10 BPEL 6.25" EG 4.25
            Now 3/28/11 BPEL 6.18 EG 5.10

            Prior to this I was using an SMP extender. Also without the time consuming excercises.

            Begining 8/25/10 BPEL 5.375" EG 4.125"
            Stopped 11/28/10 BPEL 6.25" EG 4.25"

            I would have to say both devices work. I am sure they would work better with Jelqing and other excercises combined with them but I just don't have the time or privacy needed to do both. The extender I find can be comfortably worn under shorts with an untucked shirt so long as I don't do any labor intensive things. I do have to take it off after about an hour give it a rest but 15-30 minutes later resume use.

            Just thought I would post this as I keep seeing people ask if it works. Are there any gains? So this is what I have seen after a few months use with nothing else going on.

            • Those are some great girth gains, you rarely see growth like that over such a short period with a typical manual PE routine. I hope I can have anywhere near that sort of luck. I've been using mine for less than a week so of course there haven't been any measurable gains, but I love how plump I get after using the device, hopefully some of that will eventually be permanent.

              • I can only hope that by continuing with both simultaneously that I will continue to see these results continue and become permanent. I tried each one individually to see if there were in fact any gains. After trying both together for a few months I might add in a few excercises once a week or so.

                The plumpness effect is just awesome if it would stay. My wife just loves it when I get out of the bath.

                • Seems like it has stayed if you're almost an inch bigger in girth than you were 4 months ago. It's just that the new plump is even bigger. Always a new target to reach, eh?

                  • Just ordered a Bath-mate Goliath(6" girth). Mainly to help me warm up for my PE exercises, but also to see if it can really permanently enlarge my penis, especially my glans.

                    • Hi, new to forums and was hoping someone could answer a question... Tried reading some but there's 50 pages to go through lol... Hope you all don't mind. Will probably end up reading most of this through at some point before making an actual purchase though.

                      Was wondering as for the Hercules vs Goliath models... the less than or greater than 5" girth recommendation for them is flaccid or erect?

                      I'm like right on 5" girth erect - give or take a little bit; need to get a more accurate way to measure lol.

                          After work I do classic JP 90 Day Routine , and in late evening, before sleeping I use bathmate for 15-20 minutes.

                          I would highly appreciate if you could recommend some sort of exercise / routine with bathmate.

                          • Ok, so I printed that out and when erect I'm the size of the Hercules like exactly (left to right side - not sure about circumference since I don't think my penis is a perfect circle, more like an oval sort of if that makes sense).

                            So which one should I get? Seems like length-wise the Hercules is good but girth-wise I might just be almost maxing it out. Would the Goliath be too big and not be able to get an actual suction?

                              I also started regularly attending the gym. I do mainly exercise that increases testosterone .
                              After late evening bathmate routine i drink protein-shake. During days I nibble walnut, almond, hazelnut, pistachio, peanut..

                              Every day minimum 2 cups of green (or Indian) tea. I do not drink coffe any more for 3 months ( is this good idea? ) and drink alcohol (only beers) just on Friday. See you with increased measurements in late August!

                                Yeah, I'm probably more interested in girth than length at this point. Seems like if I'm about to max out on the Hercules girth based on the sizing chart then the Goliath would be a good idea?

                                I'm just worried that the Goliath will be TOO big (since I'm borderline max'd on the Hercules) and the Goliath won't do much.
