Make a penis weight hanger- with routine!

  • Im up to 5 lbs and sometimes have to re adjust, using the sock hanger. Ive seen someone say they use two cable clamps. would two cable clamps be okay for hanging ?

    I wonder this because it would be putting pressure on two points of the penis, and an inch below the glans is the best spot? am I over-thinking or would an inch behind the glands or even lower and higher up interfere with gains in any way? or stretching is stretching and itll work?

      You shouldn't need two. I use a Captn's Wrench hanging 15lbs +/- and just need 1 clamp.

      Just make sure to completely undo/remove the hanger after 20 minutes and give yourself a good 10 minute break minimum.

      I also alternate where where to attach my hanger. If going BTC I attach within an inch or two of the base. SD or OTC I'll attach mid shaft to 1" below the glans. Sometimes between sets during my rest, I'll use a tensor wrap and wrap my penis in a stretched/extended state.
      Original/Current Stats:
      09 / 2017: BPEL 6.75" / NBPEL 6" / MEG 4.75" / BPFSL 7.25"
      09 / 2019: BPEL 7.625" / NBPEL 6.625" / MEG 5" / BPFSL 8.125"

      Realistic Goals:
      BPEL 8" / NBPEL 7.0" / MEG 5.25"

        why 10 minutes rest between sets? Ive seen some say 5?

        It is quite time consuming, esp with work, and other areas of life going on. Recently ive been around family and only get it in at nights, and next thing I know I stayed up too late and need to be up at a certain time.

        how many minutes hanging do you think is needed for good gains?

        You've gained .75 inches in length and a almost .25 inches in girth in about a year! I consider that significant progress.

          • I tried today socks hanger but facing an issue..the socks easly slip off from the unit. My flaccid length only 4cm and umcircimsise. Please help me

              Use a wrap under the sock like an ACE bandage or Theraband. This should lend some adhesion- as well as protection.
