Phallosan:- The Sanjuro Test

Gah!!!

After much contemplation (not really...) I've decided to be PEgym's Phallosan tester type person fella.

No I didn't wanna drop such a huge amount of cash on this device but it seems no one else was going to so I decided in order to contribute to the community, I'd be the one to do it, and give the yay or nay on this device... and if I happen to get huge from it too... so much the better.

A few key points I want to raise:

1: The lack of a money back guarentee has me concerned, not only because I won't be able to retreive my money should this device be junk; but mostly guarentees peace of mind that the device will work in the mind of the company who makes it as well as the customer.
2: Considering the price, this thing better be of high quality build, if anything is less than stellar quality, I'll be damn angry.
3: I want this device to work; the science seems sound, they have a backing clinical study and have some reputable publications willing to back them as well.
4: I'm not testing this device as my primary PE method, instead it will be used during sleep, which brings me to my next point...
5: I plan to sleep in this device, as it clearly states multiple times, is safe to do and comfortable enough to do as well; I'm not sure this is the case, as anything attached to my body with straps and suction will no doubt take some getting used to, and unless I feel eventually I'll adjust, I refuse to waste a good night's sleep, kidding myself this uncomfortable contraption doesn't feel bad.

So the plan... as it currently stands, is to continue with my regular jelqing and extender routine, and to sleep in the Phallosan.

Order has been placed, an incoherent, badly written forum post placed on PEgym due to tiredness, now I just gotta wait until this thing arrives on my doorstep... in the mean time, anyone spare some change?

For those interested: phallosan.com There's another version called Penisplus+ (yes, two plusses) that forsakes the vaccuum attachment for a noose.

well it certainly looks more comfortable than an extender. good luck! Kind of looks like it would cut off blood circulation tho no?

Well if nothing else, the site is well designed - LOL!! Will have to do more research on this - please keep us updated on your testing - the mechanics of it (since it uses a vacuum) are very interesting.

Done and done sir.

Just tracking the shipment now, started in Malta, went to Leipzig Germany, now in Heathrow, London.

In regards to cutting off blood circulation; it seems the device is made using a cap which you manually evacuate the air from using a small pump to create a vacuum, this vacuum is created over a "condom" specifically made to adhere to the skin as to protect the penis, especially the the glans from losing circulation. All well and good in theory but I figure to get a decent sort of stretch, an attachment will have to be pretty hard to keep from slippage, and that could cause said loss of circulation. But I won't speculate until I get this thing.

I'm all excited about this device now, but I get that way with everything I've purchased in the field of PE.

As mentioned before, but I'll say it again; if its merely a device that can provide a decent stretch, enough to cause cell multiplication that is also comfortable enough to sleep in, I'm happy; which means I can PE in my sleep and still stick to my manual and X4 extender, I mean, sleep is 7-9 hours of the day I can use to enlarge my penis and I'm always bitching about time being the biggest constraint on my gains. I'm not trying to get heaps huge heaps quick, but if this is a supplement to my manual and extender schedule, I figure that I'll merely see an increase in speed of gains from my other exercises, I've already vowed to sink atleast a year into this endevour, if I can get in an extra 7 hours of constant, yet light stretching a day, I'm ahead.

Know how I was bitching about the price, well I just checked the USA website (I'm Aussie), and they're charging around $200US plus $19 for shipping... I ordered the bloody thing using the Aussie site, for $319 plus $49 shipping... and just to put it in perspective for you guys as its a big deal here in Australia, maybe not so much else where but $1AU is buying $1.07US at the moment so yeah, I paid almost double.

Think I should send off an irate email to the Phallosan people? God help me if this device isn't the holy grail of PE!!!

Sanjuro, I have been researching this thing for the last week or so and I think Im going to buy one too. I have been using the X4 exstender for about 3 months but it doesn't work for me. The comfort strap and noose are to painfull for me to wear for any significant amout of time and besides it slips off very easy which heavily limits my activity. I think the vacum solution and belt might work better for me. I found some older comments about it on the Matter of size website http://www.*************.com/forum/showthread.php?49714-phallosan-review but It only seems to get so so rewiev. I will be very curius to hear what you think about it.

Also Im located in the US and I just double checked their website and it sells here for US$299 plus shipping and not US$199. Most of Europe it retails for €199, the UK for ₤205 and so on, so I don't think you got at bad deal in Australia. I hope that makes you feel better!

I had the same issue when I started using the extender. Go to your medical pack, open the gause, and wrap it around foreskin below your head.Takes all the discomfort away.It only needs to be folded in half to decrease the width and wrapped around once, job done. You will find that you will need to replace the gause every week or so with a new piece.

Thanks walker! I did try that after reading about it on this forum and it definately alleviates some of the pain around the glans but I still got really sore after about two hours of usage. Maybe because im uncut, im not sure. Problem is also that the base of the device cuts into my skin around the base of my penis and that would start to hurt really bad after about an hour and a half. I glued on some rubber foam weather seal which helped make it more bearable there but still painfull after two hours. Also, the silicone bands pops out of the holder very easily or will just slowly slip, causing it to fall off. This can be rectified by attaching some rubberbands around the silicone strings but it takes a lot of fiddling around with and adds another step to the entire process of getting the exstender on, plus you can't take it off fast, if you should need too. After having used it about 5 times a week for more than 3 months I gave up on it. Its too much trouble, too painfull and even with my homemade modifications, I couldn't endure it for more than two hours per session. So I figured my time was better spent on some other form of PE. Now I have started JonPop-Intense Beginner Routine. Im two weeks into that with good results so far but thats really for another thread. To stay on the subject in this thread, Im now thinking about getting the Phallosan because its desing seems to have solved the two main problems with the X4.

Forreal, indeed you are right my friend, I put my being unable to read the correct price down to stupidity, or something. Its been a long few days at work and I'm running on fumes. However the idea that everyone else is being screwed on price does comfort me!

I kid! I kid because I love.

When it comes to the X4, I've finally gotten how to strap in with a head swell and stay extended for a long period of time with only mild discomfort, however as you know, it severely limits what activity you can partake in. Generally I lurk on this forum, search for obscure items I don't need on eBay and study whatever takes my interest at the time, but I feel I'm wasting my day if I spend more than an hour doing something like that.

I'm now a little concerned that the Phallosan, considering how long its been around and hasn't made waves in the PE community, I figure it may not be as effective as what I hope; by the same token, if I can comfortably strap into a X4, I don't forsee many problems with the Phallosan, and the reason it may not have made waves is that if people are going to extend, they'll use a X4 or a SizeGenetics extender which promise huge results in a quick period as opposed to the Phallosan that offers moderate gains in a not so quick period leading it to be a not so popular choice. Merely speculation.

I do hope that this device works, not only due to the money I paid, but because I feel that a device that can be worn to sleep or around the office or house for long hours at a time really is a viable option for those who suffer from that damn problem "Real life getting in the way".

According to tracking the shipment (which impressively left the warehouse in Malta within 15 mins of my order) the device is enroute to Australia from the UK. For $50 postage and handling, if I get this thing any later than Wednesday, I'll be irate.

Seems the $50 delivery charge was actually worth it, commendably the Phallosan left the warehouse within 15 mins of me placing the order; its been hopping all around the UK until it arrived in Australia yesterday, and is being forwarded to my town today, I'll have the device by tomorrow morning.

Watch this space for impressions. Or don't. I'm thirsty...

Its here!

So today I awoke to find... no Phallosan at my doorstep! RAGE!!!

Work sucked, got what was basically sodomy with gravel as lube from corporate HQ, even more rage.

Got home, felt like punching something, my sister came over to drop off a carpet cleaner, also handed me a box saying "This came for you today, I signed for it", full well knowing what it contained, I took it eagerly. This post has been all fluff up until now.

First thing first, I'm incredibly happy with the speed the device arrived; while $50 was pretty steep, it really did move at express speeds, bravo DHL.

The device arrived in what was the size of a kids shoe box, inside contained a CD (which had gotten loose from its useless holder) a detailed instruction manual that I already read from the website, underneath the manual was the strap/belt/clip combo, and a smaller box.

The smaller box contained various vaccum based attachments and pump, a "stretch condom", a template to measure yourself to work out which vacuum head is most suitable. Lets go through these pieces one by one.

CD is all fluff, but neccesary should someone not have ordered over the internet; it contains 2 movies regarding the product, a 1 and a bit minute clip showing the application process, and the news/media presentation on the product I raved about due to the awesome guy getting his "loveplay back". Both clips can be viewed on the website.

Manual is a manual, gives alot of information, also downloadable from the website.

The strap is pretty well made and heavy duty, all components minus the clip are very soft and adapt to body temperature to make you feel like you're only wearing clothing as opposed to some foreign rough belt, it does this job quite well. The clip that err... clips to the vacuum attachment is metal and extremely strong, as it is used to seal off tubing to maintain the vacuum it has to be, take it from me, don't get skin caught in the clip as you close it, I'm bleeding under the skin on my hip as we speak, didn't break the skin though.

Ouch. So far the biggest draw of this product was lack of pain... Keep the dream alive by not clipping your own skin.

The vacuum heads are just that, a glans shaped "bell" that has a tube which you use to pump air out of, as well as a condom like sheath that extends down over the shaft to maintain the vacuum, you can also keep the sheath close to the skin via a velcro strap.

The stretch condom is really really really soft to the touch, like talcum powder in a gel form, this is designed to go over the glans to prevent the vacuum from affecting skin. It does the job.

The template provided gives you 3 sizes to measure yourself against to select the correct vacuum head. This is where my problems started, please read on into the application section to find out.

The application section...

Ok, I realise this is my first time mounting myself into this thing, and there'll be teething problems, and it'd be unfair for me to take points off this device for the application process as, compared to my X4 and the troubles I initially had with it, this was a cake walk. However, on its own, its still a bitch.

The first problem I had, was the fact that the template gives you 3 sizes, but no instructions on how to properly size yourself, it simply has "Pull penis hard and measure". Its merely a small card with various sizes cut from the sides, that you fit your penis into, but gives no indication on how far the template should go. I simply couldn't fit into the small, I could fit, uncomfortably into the medium, but the large seemed to hug my penis nicely without any space being left, but I got fairly deep into the template. Its hard to explain, but simply know, I think the whole method is flawed from the start as whatever level of flacid you sport when you measure, may not be the same by the time you strap in.

Second problem I ran into, the stretch condom... it feels like you need 3 hands to put this bloody thing on, two to hold the thing open, one to hold your penis to prevent movement while you place the condom on. Once again, a problem that, hopefully, will recify itself with practise, right now, its a pain.

Next step is placing your condom covered glans into the vacuum bell and pumping out air, thankfully this process was made simpler due to basically the vacuum pulling the glans into the bell, and rolling the sheath down over the shaft was very very simple, the next step however is again, something you want 3 hands for.

You have to, simultaneously, pull your penis, with the vacuum ball though the loop in the belt, move the belt around your back, select a tension for your stretch, remove the pump ball, while still pinching the tube to maintain the vacuum, then attach the belt clip over the pinched tube and close it without losing the vacuum seal... not an easy feat. Again, it may get better with time, but until then, its bloody annoying.

I refuse to give bad marks on first impressions as it wasn't easy, but neither was my X4, which was ALOT harder than this, and is easy as pie to strap into these days, but once I work out the teething problems, I'll report back,

The important stuff...

The stretch is there, but it doesn't feel too intense on my current setting, in saying that, these days, my X4 on 1800g tension doesn't feel intense either so put that down to desensitization to stretch sensations. I can tell however, there's enough tension to get results.

The comfort is actually pretty surprising, yes, I FEEL I could sleep in this, which is what I'm about to do.

This is no full review by a long shot, only a first impression.

Please note however I will NOT be giving a full review on the Phallosan results alone, its merely being used as a supplement to my current workout, and when I give detailed results, it'll be thanks to the combination approach of manual exercises, X4 extender and the phallosan.

If you can't tell, I'm tired, and I'm sorry for the scattered nature of this post, I'll attempt more coherency tommorow.

Lets see if I can sleep with this thing...
