  • You can gain just using Bathmate. It will just take longer. A combination of stretching, Bathmate, LOW erection jelqs is likely the best bet. Jelq and bathmate not at the same time. Don't want to hurt yourself. Know your body and what it can handle.

    BM is mostly a girth tool. That's why I suggest jelq also. Keep a balance.

    Also, please read the instructions. Do not overdue it out the gate. SIX to EIGHT weeks to see results. Three sessions will not have any permanent effect.

    Remember, EVERYONE is DIFFERENT. We all respond differently to different techniques.

    • I'm going in soft. I'm at 16 cm BPEL and Bathmate 160 mm. I have Hercules.
      Start Length - 6.1 (BPEL), Start Girth - 4.5 (MEG)

      10/5/2014 - Length - 6.5 (BPEL), Girth - 4.6 (MEG)

      • Did my first BM Hercules session yesterday, I measured a shade under 7" (17.5 cm) BPEL. Was able to pump up to a little over 180mm inside. Felt great though! Got good hang for a few hours after, warmed down with a little edging and
        he felt nice and juicy. Measured the temporary gains and it turned out to be about +0.25" longer and +0.2" girthier. Very excited to see what this thing can do after even a few months.

        • Bathmate X40: 6.5 BPEL (last measurement) and have pumped to 17.1 max so far after about 30 sessions.
          25/01/14: BPEL 6'' * 5.1'' .......... 25/03/14: BPEL 6.3'' & 5.1

          31/10/14: BPEL 6.5'' & 5.3 .......... 02/03/15 BPEL 6.75'' * 5.5''

          10/01/16: BPEL 6.9'' * 5.4''

          • I get to 20.5 to 21.5 in the x30, thing is I don't know how to use it properly to get max expansion, am I supposed to do this

            Once it's on, pump as much water out until I cant pump out any more, then wait 5 minutes for that expansion then pump some more? Like at the moment when I come out of it, it doesn't feel any bigger, just harder I guess so I feel like I'm doing something wrong

            • I have bought bathmate hercules 3 weeks ago. I am 6.5 BPEL and 5.25 EG when I started.In the first 2 weeks I was doing it easy and pumped to 16cm. I was happy with the progress as my EG has increased to 5.5 although I havn't noticed or measured significant length increased although slight increased was observed. EQ has increased as well. But seeing people here with 6.5 BPEL hitting 18, encouraged me to push for more. Last 3-4 days I pumped to 16.5 easily but problem started today. I was following all procedures like warmup, stretching , jelq. Today I did all the warmups, stretching and Jelq for 10 min then BM to 16.5 for 5 min in warm water, released pressure, jelq again for another 5 min, then increased pressure and hit to 17, stayed there for 5 min. I felt increased pressure and no discomfort except I was feeling a little bit on right side of penis after 5 min. Immediately I released but found engorged dorsal vein right side of penis and like a ring just below the penis head that is perpendicular to the main dorsal vein of the penis. My erection was ok. Does anyone has similar issue or problem? Did I damaged my penis? If I can damage my penis so easily with hercules, isnt X30 or X40 put more pressure? I will rest for 2-3 days. I will appreciate any advice and suggestion.

              • i have almost the same issue. the vein on the right side of my penis is much more prominent now. It looks like its swollen by the vein but its actually just the vein on roids lol the ring is just fluid buildup. you just need to figure out what works best for you. i dont think fluid is a big deal unless its a lot. i get some if i over do it, but is usually gone in a few hours.

                  • When I started way back then best I could get was 160. As of last week I used it was at 200, and made a 210 mark which is my new max in the tube. And for the record hard or soft it all gets me there. TAAB

                      • more time does not produce gains. I started gaining when I began taking a day off between sessions. Also warming up and stretching before going into the tube helps. I have gained .5 inch in base girth after one year with Bathmate.

                          I do 2 sets of 20 minutes. Of course I take 2-4 days off in between for recovery.

                            I think the easiest thing is to get the air out first. Fill it with water, then covering the opening with your hand, turn it upright. The air that was caught in the bellows will come out, you can then re-invert it and re-fill. That way, when you stick your dick in, there will be virtually no air.

                            • I just bought the hydromax and i have some questions that i cant seem to find some answers too. I used it as recommended. My penis expanded, but i dont know how many pumps exactly to do. Here are my concerns and questions:

                              1. How may pumps should i do?
                              2. If its not a set # of pumps, do i pump till my penis is fully erect, and how do i tell?
                              3. Every time i have used i have felt some uncomfortably, is this normal or am i just overthinking it?
                              4. How many millimeters minimum should one reach, well for a beginner?
                              5. Is it normal for my penis head to be blue after a 5 minute session and then regain normal color after a minute or 2 of massaging.
                              6. Is there anyone who has a video tutorial using a hydromax x20 that i can learn from?
