I need to start going in with a 100% erection. Only time I was close to that when I went in at around 75% hard and I got pretty close to the 210mm, so around 8 1/4".

Yes, the 190 is 8" that is correct. I measured it compressed.

Are we adding something for the gaiter and the fact that the Bathmate measure is not really BPEL??

It isn't BPEL? How is it not?
The gaiter? You mean the black rubber at the base? Do you not include that? Your shaft will be taking up some room in that.

I started with bathmate at 170mm now after 2 mo. I can almost hit 200mm, not sure if this is all gain or me being able to tolerate the discomfort of pumping more. Either way I love it and my EG and flaccid hang has gotten permanently larger in the long run. I am about 7.25 bone pressed(hard) and 5.25 EG and I would like to hit 8x6 in a year. Great question!

I just got my Bathmate today, and I don't think I'm using it right or something.
I'm going in as hard as a I can, but only getting to the 135-140 mark without pushing. I have a significant fatpad so I don't know if that affects the device - but my penis bends towards one side of the container and doesn't stay straight.
Do you get better results standing up or sitting down? I was sitting down and it didn't seem to work all that well - though the suction was pretty good.
I fill the whole bathmate up with water and pump out the small amount of air - is that how you guys are doing it?

Used after 10 min warm up, 10 of stretches, and 10 jelqs. All done sitting down, but I finish up in the shower and edge for about 10 mins after. My LOT is pretty much nil with all angles by the way. Thinking about adding some light hanging in the somewhere. Maybe alternating days with the bath mate...

Having some good fun with the bathmate also.
Only been using it around a month. Started of hitting 175mm (180MM measured) which is on the money for my actual BPEL. Trying to use it 20 mins in the morning and the same at night going in around 50% and working up to 100% in the first 10 minutes.
Now I am hitting 180 every day and the occasional 185mm which is around 7 5/8- 7 3/4" measuring with a ruler when on. So around a 3/8" gain in length (not measured or confirmed) and my guess some of that comes from putting on the Bathmate correctly. Girth wise he certainly is hanging fuller all day long now and a little longer. If I was to hazard a guess I would say 1/2" longer and 1/4" thicker flaccid.
Anyway, will keep pumping away and after 3 months will post the results. Hopefully this along with my jelqing routine will give me a wee boost in the size department. One thing to note is that I have been getting some newbie spots from pumping every now and then. They always fade by the morning session but I guess that is me pushing the limit without going just that wee bit to far. Oh and also it is way more comfortable now with no accidental ball sucking in moments which I had quite often during the first week or so.If you build it, she will cum!

I finally got my hands on the right pump sleeve for my bathmate (these ones: Amazon.com: California Exotics Universal Replace Pump Sleeves: Health & Personal Care) and I think it's a pretty good investment. It seems to pull back my foreskin as well as any scrotum skin, thus both preventing turkey neck and a stretched foreskin. I also feel the pressure of the vacuum more on my shaft and not on my fat pad and scrotum and my post pump expansion has gone from 3-5 hours to lasting about 12 hours per pump. I had my last pumping session at about 1 AM this morning and it's now about 11:30 in the afternoon and I'm still looking a little bigger.
A couple of caveats are that it has a bad tendency to trap air and it can be a little tricky to penetrate through. You definitely want to submerge the pump well in advance of using it and using combination of your hand to manually work them out and shaking you have to try and work out all of the bubbles. Even doing this I seem to still get a large pocket of air than without the sleeve and some air bubbles forming around the edges. Also you have to make sure you penetrate fully through the sleeve and that you're not stuck in any weird positions before you start pumping or it doesn't work quite right.
Definitely something to consider picking up though. Especially considering the comfort pads seem quite unreliable in my experience.
