belated edit: subsequently, I worked through all my newbie difficulties, and since fallen in love with my Penimaster Pro. It is very comfortable!

newbie user rant follows:
Ready to throw this under the bus, I bought this on a gamble, that I might be able to use it, given I only have the use of my right hand.

--Ability to get "plump" enough to push in/get drawn into the sluice glans chamber, while operating a vacuum squeeze bulb, having to twist it one way & then the other ( to open/close the air valve), I'd probably have to take a Cialis, put on a cock ring, and use my Penis pump, and God knows what else....

--The green bulb and all the twisting to seal/unseal, repeat pumps to increase vacuum, it is trying, awkard.

-- The green tube to use ones own breath is only about 18", and thats so short, by the time I try to make things work, I run out of fingers & vacuum, when the damn tube either pulls out of my mouth or comes unhooked from the end of the extender.

--Coupled with not getting into the sluice, not enough vacuum, I can't do it with the hose.
Tried adapting 2 different Penis pumps one hand, one motor driven, to do the vacuum, but no success.

The one time I did get "mounted", was with another persons help. It was not easy, especially all the twisting/untwisting of the squeeze bulb to get enough vacuum, and to have the entire glans under vacuum.

When it was on, it was very comfortable, I can see wearing one for many hours is easy to do.

I just cant see where I can do this by myself, or having to get a plump glans each time I need to put the thing on. I had some hope that getting mounted by increase of vacuum would be easy, but for me, its not.
I just need to rant a little. Maybe given a little more time, I can "invent" a solution.

Welshboy, I and donjelqer76 have received the url link to purchase the Penimaster Pro at the 18% discount. Remember they are in different time zone from the US, also check your email spam settings. I used my gmail addy.

Update ! Good news, too. donjelqer76 recomended a regular water based lubricant, which when used, allows the glans to be "sucked" up rather quickly into the sluice/glans chamber. This eliminates the need to get a partial wood to push into the same assembly.

I also used my spare Penis pump connectors, hose, etc, to add a connection to the end of the glans chamber. This allows me to connect my pump with gauge, and then create the vacuum needed. If you know the female fitting at the end of your cylinder, it's one of those attached to the end of the glans chamber. It adds about 3" of tubing/fitting to the end of the extenders glans chamber. I can live with this.

I will experiment with the Squeeze bulb that comes with the device, later in time.

Comfort - Words cannot adequately describe just how comfortable this is to have on. I am so glad I bought this, and worked through the trials & tribulations (newbie experiences) to finally get to wearing this.

welshboy, I hope you quickly get the "learning curve" accomplished, and begin to enjoy your purchase as much as I am now enjoying mine! I am just blown away with how easy I can get "into" this thing, and how long I love to wear it. I love the feeling of my glans inside the chamber !

Wow this thing is awesome. I could not wear my jes extender for long even with the comfort strap I couldn't sit straight up in it and it was very uncomfortable. The penimaster pro is so comfortable and easy to use. I ordered the green hose and I'm glad I did much easier then the bulb. I can sit down wearing it walk properly and thee is no discomfort whatsoever.
thanks to all for the advice on this product. I am over the moon.
if anybody else is thinking of extending, spend the money on this you will not regret it and you wouldn't have wasted your money on other devices like I did.

A quick update. This gets better and better. I have been using the belt attchment All DAY. Unbelievable comfort and believe me you could wear this under shorts and nobody will notice (belt around waist). I can now get in and out in a matter of seconds.forget the rest gentlemen this is the day of them all.

My first day of penimaster pro usage, thank god I found this thread!

I am now sitting wearing it. I just couldnt get my damn glans through so like some of you on here I took off the diaphragm and now it's working!

Going to try for 3 hours this evening and then see if I can manage 6 hours tomorrow. With a break after 3 hours or whenever feels comfortable.

I get a very good feeling about this thing, I think once the initial learning curve is over it's gonna be really comfortable and I have faith that it will be effective too..

Does anyone else have trouble getting this fucking thing off? It doesn't slide easily off, have to yank it and it really squeezes the crap out of my glans!

Just ordered the XL skuice slizes to try to combat this problem.

I allow a about a minute, or so, for the springs in the extender to slowly pull the glans out, I really don't try to rush this. It always completes after a bit. Be gentle with your latex parts, at best I get about 2 weeks out of them before they rupture/break open.
I imagine your glans has increased in size while in the chamber, as it should, this complicates the extraction process.
To some degree, you really don't want the thing to come off too easily, well at least I don't . Perhaps other users will post their thoughts.
You might inquire to the penimaster help desk & see what suggestions they offer .

OK I have been using it a couple of days now and I have a couple of tips which I hope might help someone.

When you put the sluice on, make sure it is aligned centrally. I posted yesterday about difficulties in taking it off and general soreness : that was mostly down to the sluice not being applied correctly (by me).

I find it a bitch to get on but you have to do it just right or it leads to these kinds of problems further down the line!

Also on entering the Penimaster, make sure that your cock isn't sucked in as well as the glans. It's almost like a tug of war (lol) as you have to prevent some of the sharft being sucked in also. I prevented this by shutting off the valve preemptively which prevented further sliding inwards and therefore grapsed just the glans.

Trial and error though, takes some getting used to!!

Been spending all day trying to get used to this. I still can't manage more than 1 hour before it becomes very uncomfortable on the glans and I have to take it off.

I have tried entering with less suction but no joy. I'm hoping 2 things:

(i) The XL diamater sluices will help with this. Right now I am using the normal sluice with no diapragm. I even managed to get diaphragm on but I just couldn't get the whole glans in with it on and it pinched a groove in my cock (again painful) - this faded after a few mins tho

(ii) Maybe I am just getting used to it - it's only my 2nd day of use. Can anyone experienced with extenders help out - does your glans get used to it and can you increase the length of time using the device? At this rate I'll have to keep taking it off every hour and i'm using a ton of the lube also.
