My BPEL is UNCHANGED at 5.75"

I have made no gains using a penis extender.
Has anyone else made zero gains doing using an extender for PE?

Im thinking this is a waste of time!
Same story here. I have done over 1000+ hours, increased bpfsl by almost an inch but no bpel gain. I try to extend at the middle tension line (X4) the majority if the time. After about 1200 hrs I took a couple of months off and am back at it only this time I am not applying constant heat while extending. Just the first 15 to 20 minutes. Curiuos to hear if you have made any developments.

Why did you stop when your BPFSL increased by over an inch? Did you stop gaining BPFSL and so then decided to stop as you were gaining neither BPEL or BPFSL?

It is possible that people can have stretched flaccid cocks that are much larger than erect length, but I am convinced that there has to be a limit that the gap can get so if I was you, I would keep on going and trying to get that stretched flaccid larger and larger.

Imagine if someone had a 9 inch BPFSL, I cannot believe that that would shrink back to 5 inch BPEL for instance.

I'm not sure how you were applying constant heat whilst extending but that seems way too impractical to me and if it's impractical then that can limit your hours.

I hope you stick at it, as I need to keep at this extending too since I am getting on a bit now and I want to start having a better sex life with a bigger cock. We can motivate each other. :-)

Just view it as you are extending to get a 9.5 inch BPXL, and if that isn't big enough to give you a 7+ inch NBPEL then so be it, but at least you really went for it. Don't lose hope just because your EL is being stubborn at matching your BPFSL in the early stages.

To tell you the truth I mainly just tracked bpel. I would occasionally check bpfsl and bp extended length. After about 1200 hrs with no bpel gains I needed to make a change and think I was long overdue for a decon break. As for the theory that bpfsl gains turn into bpel gains. Well it is just a theory. For me it hasn't converted into anything. Constant heat while extending. Most of my extending was done while sitting so I would have a hot water bottle on top of it while extending. I would get fresh water every break. It seemed to make extending much more comfortable but I wonder if it hindered gains by relaxing tissue too much. Not enough stress? Thinking about doing about 400 more hours then throwing in the towel if there is still no gains. Check my log out for full PE history and details.

From now on start tracking BPXL since this changes quicker and keeps your motivation up. Don't measure BPEL.

Also do some jelqs each time you put the extender on, then when it hurts, take the extender off, jelq for a few minutes then slap that extender straight back on to maximise hourage. There is no need to rest for half an hour or an hour before reapplying as this wastes time and doesn't really effect how long the next stint takes to start hurting. Go for at least 50 hours a week.

Apologies if you've already been doing some or all of the above!

I never take more than a few minutes between sets but I do say do 3 hrs, sleep then do another hour or two when I wake up. To do 50 hrs a week I would have to quit my job. I just don't have the time for this. The guys here that claim they do 8-10 hours a day. Well I doubt they have a job. 4 - 5 hrs a day is the most I can manage. Even if I had more time the soreness and slippage factor makes doing more pretty ineffective and futile. Some penises just arent meant to gain. I think I have one of those but Im still hitting my head against the wall.

With the soreness, you just have to grim and bare it really, maybe use less tension so that you decrease how sore you get. As long as you aren't cutting your cock and causing damage via a wound, then feeling sore inside the cock or where you strap up is normal and unavoidable from what I have experienced.

Is it not possible to do some hours at work?

Normally Monday to Friday I can do this:

1.5 hours while asleep, (it hurts lightly after an hour but my body usually wakes me up only when the pain is fierce so I get a bit more time in than the standard hour).
2 hours when going into work, (the first set after a sleep I can always stretch for longer without pain, I slap it on just before driving to work and then find some time at work to go to the toilet to remove the device.)
1 hour in the afternoon at work, sneaking into the loo to reattach at the end of my lunch break and then removing an hour later.
Get home from work by about 5pm, meaning that I have 7 hours to try and get 5 hours worth of extending done.

This totals 9.5 hours in a weekday when I work. However, this is when everything goes perfectly, sometimes I don't get the third hour in at work etc or I'm busy in the evening so I'm not able to get many hours in.

At the weekend I have a bit more freedom to get 10+ hours in, but if I am busy then I occasionally can only get 4 hours in or so, depending on what I am doing, so most weekend days I can get 12+ hours in really so long as I start reasonably early in the day.

You need to be stretching for at least 6 to 8 hours a day really, it might suck to say it but that is the kind of dedication that is required. I gained 0.3 inches in 3 months averaging about 7 hours a day.

You should at the very least be wearing this thing when you are asleep as this grinds out a bit of extra time for 'free' if you like. Unfortunately I can't use the extender for more than 1.5 hours at night, because when I wake, I am half asleep and can only just about remove the extender, I am too tired to consciously get up and reapply it since that requires getting my cock semi-erect and massaging more blood in etc.

I find it really hard to be disciplined over how often I orgasm, since when I jelq between sets, this gets me horny and I feel the urge to want to cum every day and I get the feeling that this really hinders gains since the orgasm seems to change what's going on inside our cock and that can possibly interfere with the healing process. I need to work on cumming only once a week or perhaps even once every two weeks.

I work a 12 hour shift and extend 8 hours a day. I actually find it easier to extend on days that I work.. granted, I work in loose coveralls, so extending at work is very easy for me

At the tension Im at I couldn't manage that much even if I had the time. Too much soreness and there would be tons of slippage issues. You guys must be using way less tension because 8 hrs would make me so sore I would have to take a day off to recover. I have done a few 6 and 7 hour days and the pain, soreness and slippage was ridiculous. I could be wrong but I wouldn't think extending at less than your bpfsl would be effective. I crank it uo to where most of my time is spent at that point. Doing this at work would be impossible. Do you recommend extending while sleeping also. I personally think its nuts.

Maybe you're using too much tension. I've noticed quite a few times that people reported little/no gains when extending at high tension (bigroc is a good example, he extended at 2800 grams for a long time with minimal results if I remember correctly). All studies I've seen recommend 600-900 grams as the sweet spot, and this definitely doesn't stretch your penis past BPEL. I personally extend around 800 grams or so and never have any soreness to speak of. I think you should lighten your tension, and drop the thought of having to be pulled past your BPEL. In fact, penimaster stated that their trials showed effective results at tensions as low as 200 grams for some people.

I'm with you in that I wouldn't extend while sleeping. While you would likely get away with it many times, it only takes once for things to turn into a life changing disaster!

Yea I am starting to rethink the tension levels. For several months on my previous extending try this dilema came up and I went with lower tension and gradually worked up to higher tension again. Stiil didn't gain. I think I will start doing this at lower tension. Should I just stick with the lower tension? I also need to figure out how the X4 tension lines convert to Hg so I know what line I need to be at. The majority of the time I was extending at the middle line. Do you take days off? I have always tried to do it every day with no off days.

Thanks. I have been doing some research here and other venues. I even looked through the x4 forum which is pretty useless. In regards to tension there is so much conflicting info it is ridiculous. Same thing as to taking days off. The only consensus is wear it as long as possible.

I don't extend so my opinion isn't very valid, but I'd personally recommend no rest days, 4h daily, at low to medium tension.

If you want high tension you should hang, extending isn't about high tension.

I agree with getting as much time in as possible, 7 days per week at a light-medium tension when it comes to extending. I've also seen some conflicting information on this, but I really do believe that there is a certain range that will coax the cells into dividing, and that if you exceed this range it elicits more of a "Defense mode" response where your body responds by strengthening things instead of dividing cells to relieve the tension. Of course, this is just my opinion, but it falls in line with what a lot of the studies say as well. Exactly where this magic window starts, and how much of a range this window covers may also vary from person to person, so it might be a bit hit and miss for finding an effective tension. It may also explain why some just never gain (I.e. they never find that sweet spot to get the right response from their body)
