Just ordered one of these. Excited to get it and try it out!!

I agree with most of what takecare has said about the Phallosan, great customer service by Julian, the product is great from the few weeks I have been using it so far and the product itself is really comfortable and seems like it is going to work in a few months. I also agree with takecare about sleeping with it on at night, I am worried that I will break the clip part if I sleep on my side with it. I reckon if Phallosan could design the clip part in the same way that those money-belts' clips work then it would be far easier to sleep on. But it is fine if you sleep on your side the other side where the clip isn't, which is what I try to do. I found getting the condom on etc difficult when I first got it but now find it easy enough.
I would really like to hear about people's gains from using phallosan over the next while, so maybe takecare and others can post up their gains, and I will do the same in a few months. I haven't read many people's gains from it yet except the clinical trial done by phallosan on their site.

Yeh same here, the condom is getting easier to use the more often you use it. The baby powder really helps too. I also was having problems with the bell being too small for those night erections and changed to the larger one and it is perfect now. Good luck, and hopefully we get some gains in the next few months!

sorry for the late answer. Well the Clinical Trial was not made by us: The Chief Urologist of the Clinic called us in 2005 and said: I would like to test Phallosan if it can really create a larger penis (i am writing this now in a very short Version ) ! He also said: You have to keep in mind, no matter if the results are good or bad i will post them and publish them into the Medical press.
A sentence like that is very spooky for every Company, as you can never know if the patients really wear the device. But everything went more then very well and it became the number one PE of Europe. But like i said it was paid by the Government and not by us and i think it will be quite difficult to ask my Boss to spend a Million or two for another study.
The good Thing is: I will move to the USA next year and will prepare a clinical Trial in the USA

In the Trial they used Phallosan only, but i know many which are jelqing as a combination and say that it would help to gain.

Hi Julian, I was wondering about the clinical trials, have Phallosan completed any newer ones because you said that those ones were quite old?
Also, did the people in the trials practice other forms of PE during the trial or are the findings just from the use of Phallosan alone?
It would be interesting to see the gains with both PE and phallosan if these were the gains from Phallosan use alone.

well i do not know what else i could say as Diesel explained it like an Phallosan expert (thanks Diesel!!!)

the main importance is that you feel comfortable and the Glands area has enough space inside the hard plastic bell.
If you see that liquid is inside the protector cap it is either Urine which is due to the pressure you created or Lymph liquid (hope i spell this right), this is due to too much pressure on the belt.

Thank you so much for the insight. So, it honestly sounds like I'm doing everything right. What I have is white glans that go back to normal quickly and a coldish feeling. I don't see how, but maybe my penis can work up to wearing the device for 2-4 hours without having to check it. It would be very tedious to have to reapply the device every hour. Other than that, the device is extremely easy to use and comfortable. Have you had any gains from it? If so, how many hours under tension do you have? I think I'm going to use it to supplement my manual routine after 3-6 months of conditioning.

wow, thanks for this great Report!

to come straight to your question: sure that is no Problem. You can use the L condom sleeve on the M hard plastic bell.
It is important that you feel comfortable at night when wearing it and as every healthy man is getting 3-5 erections a night the condom should not be too tight as you otherwise wake up during the sleep.

About wearing Phallosan at night: Are you only sleeping on one side or are you switching? As if you only sleep on one side, you could just swap sides, meaning: if you are wearing the phallosan on the right side, you can wear it for the night on the left. If you move constantly it is quiet difficult to find a solution, but yours sounds very good. i will ask one of my collegues he is always wearing the Phallosan at night.

I just wanted to say that IMO the Phallosan Forte is BY FAR the best all day/all night extender on the market and I own the Peni Master Pro, Sizegenetics, Divosuit, and Gripsystem condom. (thanks to diesel for bringing it to my attention) I wore it for 60 of 72 hours at 2.43lbs tension the first 3 days. This was with no Fluid Retention/Discoloration and ZERO discomfort.

Some quick math: At the rate of 20 hours a day which is totally possible if one chose to, that's 140 hours a week, and a total of 7280 hours over the year of Enjoyable/comfy almost unnoticeable extending. You just can't do that with anything else at +2.43lbs tension.

This is THE product to buy if you believe its about more TIME extending vs adding more Weight. If you don't believe this currently, I'd recommend you read through this very informative thread and posts by User IRSPOW here: Penis enlargement effort and rest discussion.
This is still the best scientific explanation I've read that attempts to answers the question " How to grow you dick as big and quickly as possible" I wish the guy was still around to discuss these sorts of things.

Julian I have a question.
Can you wear the large condom on the medium bell? At night when I am asleep I find after about 4 hours I wake up with an erection, and the condom is very tight. While flaccid the Large bell is to big for suction though.


A couple of tips.
1. Switch the Side of the Donut Pad at the base of the penis every couple of hours to avoid any irritation.
2. If your Uncircumsized, get semi Erect and try to cover as much of the head as possible while putting the Protection cap on. Then you can pull the rest of the foreskin out of the protection cap. The protector cap will keep you from turtling. This is the best extender for ease of use for uncircumsized men I've tried.
3. Cut Your Nails and keep them trimmed!

4. For This last tip, it would be nice to see if Phallosan could design a solution. It's not feasable (for me atleast) to sleep with the Extender at the hip position because I roll around and sleep on my side/front throughout the night. I don't want to break anything and it's not comfy laying on the extender.
What I've done is I now use the Peni Master Pro Belt to secure the Phallosan Forte Belt to side of my foot. This puts the bell on the inside of my leg freeing up movement while sleeping, and eliminates the Donut Base Pad irritation.

I wrap the PMP belt around my ankle and foot the way you would wrap your ankle for support with ace bandage. I loop the PMP belt through the Phallosan Donut pad and lock the PMP belt securing the Phallosan donut pad to the side/bottom of my foot.
The result is the Phallosan pulling down towards my foot on the inside of my leg. It's pretty crude and won't be as consistent with the tension if you move around, but gets the job done. You can probably come up with something similar if you don't have the PMP belt.

I recommend you give this a try. It's a good product backed with helpful customer service. I would not have purchased this if I weren't for Diesel's review and Julian's well mannered responses and active participation to improve the customer's experience getting the 3 free extra condom deal and requested tension level pictures.

Try the following: roll the condom above the bell and leave it like this for 12 hours. It will Stretch a Little and should therefore be perfect when you are wearing Phallosan at night.

The Problem is that the main users are in Germany and Europe as we have till now only advertised the product in Europe.
But this will soon Change hopefully

The first Change will be in about 2 weeks: erections will last longer wnd will be much harder!
after about 6 weeks you will see the first gains.

This is for everyone: Some customers which wear the Phalloasn for the first time and remove it after 3-8 hours think they already have an enlargement, but this is sadly not possible. The penis just Looks a lot bigger as the Phallosan helps the penis to have more blood flow.

I'm going to look around the house and see if I can build something better then what I am using at night. My ankle and knee do not like the additional compression and sharpness of the PMP belt.

Yeah I'm getting more proficient at the condom thing too. Sometimes I'll accidentally pinch my skin while taking it off, then right before it's secure on the bell it will slip right back on lol

I will post my gains at the 3 month and 6 month mark. I am wearing the extender a minimum of 16 hours a day (I have been successful thus far)

I am not sure if they were discussed or not during the creation of the Phallosan but they could be more durable than the clip method currently used, just an idea.
That is good about the studies you hope to do in the States. I think that this page will probably be a good indication of results from using the Phallosan also, as I, along with takecare and others, will post up our gains and routines here in a few months. I think I will do the same as takecare suggested, at the 3 and 6 month points of use. I am only going to do jelqs in addition to using the phallosan, so that would be a good indication of length gains from phallosan alone because I have read that jelqs are mostly a girth exercise. I don't know though, I am new to pe. Like takecare, I am using your product for 10+ hours a day on average so hopefully there are some good gains.

From using your product so far I have definitely noticed a big increase in flacid length and girth but I won't measure anything just yet. I wonder would those willing to post up their experiences of phallosan get a few free condom sleeves or something maybe?

Oh, I just would like to make one more suggestion maybe about your product. That point is to provide more information/detail in the booklet and dvd provided with the product. While your support, advice, directions, etc have been absolutely excellent on this site, not everybody would have access/knowledge of this website/support thread. Things such as baby powder usage is essential, the diagram you sent on how to put the condom on correctly, the issue myself and takecare had about different condom sizes with different cups, etc.

We have used the same technique at the old Phallosan model. The Problem is that this technique would not move while you are moving.
If this item breaks i would always take care for replacement, but till now (after 230,000 Phallosan forte) only one broke

i just read a very interesting email about a guy in his mid 40's!

He is using Phallosan since 2 years and now he wrote: I will never use Phallosan again in my life

Why a smile? Because:
