Hi Telepylus,

sorry for the late answer. Well the Clinical Trial was not made by us: The Chief Urologist of the Clinic called us in 2005 and said: I would like to test Phallosan if it can really create a larger penis (i am writing this now in a very short Version ) ! He also said: You have to keep in mind, no matter if the results are good or bad i will post them and publish them into the Medical press.
A sentence like that is very spooky for every Company, as you can never know if the patients really wear the device. But everything went more then very well and it became the number one PE of Europe. But like i said it was paid by the Government and not by us and i think it will be quite difficult to ask my Boss to spend a Million or two for another study.
The good Thing is: I will move to the USA next year and will prepare a clinical Trial in the USA

In the Trial they used Phallosan only, but i know many which are jelqing as a combination and say that it would help to gain.

I have a question Julian , can you tell me if you are uncut is it best to have the foreskin under the protector cap or outside of it ?

Definitely use baby powder on the condom sleeve as it makes it way easier to get on and off and less likely to chafe you.

I personally put the baby powder on the outside of the condom sleeve and also on the outside of the thing you put on your head, can't remember the name of it now. Oh and a little bit on my exposed shaft part so the white ring thingy doesn't chafe me too bad. There are lots of good pointers on this thread about it. The first few days of use is a bit strange but it will become second nature after your first week or two using it. Oh, also, you will feel a bit of a pull and chafe after a few hours, so what I do is then switch the pull to the other side and it is fine then. So just alternate between the left and right side. Any other questions and hopefully I can help

I personally wear Phallosan as well and i still have my foreskin. I place the Protector cap above the skin as i think it is more comfortable.
But some customers i know pull the foreskin back before aplying the cap. If you do that when slightly erect, it is much easier

Hi Julian, I am sure I speak for most people on the thread once they see your e-mail are thinking the same question: How much erect length have you gained since you have started using the phallosan personally, and how long did it take?

I gained about 4 cm in length which is about 2,7 cm when being in a good mood (erect)
But i have to say i did not wear Phallosan constantly at all. Its the typical thing: if you are directly at the spot to get everything for free you dont see it and use it!

Since i am very lucky and God had both eyes open when i was created i never wanted to have a larger penis: BUT who says NO to some more cm? no one
My Girlfriend is happy

But many of my friends are using Phallosan as well, as the German average size when being erect is 14 cm. Its not really big so they always come up to me. I do know about there success as they get the spare parts for free and if they start with Small and end up with Large sleeve condoms, it is definately a good sign... On the other hand: i increase my competition

Haha thanks for your message and well done on the gains. Cool, because that was another thing I was curious about, was if the phallosan worked well on guys who weren't short to begin with. That is good, hopefully I see those kind of gains you got, will definitely let my friends know if I do. How often would you have worn it and how long did it take to get those kind of gains?
