Yes, the X40 Xtreme can be cleaned the same way as the other pumps - no difference there.

I have just read through this entire thread and have ordered the Hydromax X40 from Amazon after checking the size guide. There's some great info on this thread so thank you to all who have contributed. I'm 6.25 * 5.1 and opted for the X40 as that was the recommendation on the size checker. I'll give an update once I have it and have used it for a few days

Oh crap really? Even though it is 'Dispatched from and sold by Amazon'? I would have thought that anything coming directly from Amazon would be legit? Has anyone else purchased a bathmate from Amazon?

PS It's from the UK branch of Amazon if that makes any difference?

PPS Can Harrison possibly confirm the authenticity of purchasing Bathmate's directly from Amazon?

Often Amazon-sold Bathmates are knock-offs. The manufacturer does not allow Amazon-selling, so be wary of any listings you see there, particularly if the price is below market level. Bathpump.com sells at the lowest allowable prices, so if you're seeing cheaper pumps they are either knock-offs or they're in violation of manufacturer requirements.

Hey Harrison, new user here. Here's my issue. I'm torn in between the X30 and X40.
I've a curved penis slanted to the left with the length varying, left 5.1"/middle 5.5"/right 6.3" (all measured from base to tip with a tape), diameter 1.9" and girth 5.6".
So when i went to Bathmate's website i just typed in on the calculator 5.5" length and 5.6" girth, it suggested me the X40, but when i read all over the forum, seems like it's pointing towards the X30.
Also, will the bathmate be able to 'regulate' my length? Kind of on a budget and can't afford an extender as well.
I'd really appreciate some feedback on this.

I just don't want to buy the X30 only for my girth to instantly hinder my usage, or buying the X40 and not be able to use it properly and end up all frustrated.

I see i see. I just got really confused because some were saying to get a size up and closest to your current size.
I know a dealer selling an X30 nearby so i can get that one easily, have to order for X40 though. Ah the struggle!
Btw, any chance you know if it'd help with the curve? I wonder if it's severe enough to be considered peyronie.

Hey Harrison, I have a problem I'm hoping I can get some help with...

I ordered a bathmate through your website, and for about one week it worked fine, and I was definitely getting a decent pump.

However, after a week, the pump lost all ability to get any suction, at all.

I've always rinsed the pump after each use, but I rinsed and re-rinsed, and looked for any possible abnormalities anywhere on the device, and it looks absolutely pristine.

I don't shave, but keep the hair very short, and upon having this issue, I've trimmed it down as short as possible and even still, there is absolutely no suction.

I am within my 30 day trial, and can just return the device outright, but because I really only got a weeks worth of use out of this thing, I'm actually hoping that I can still somehow get to have my full 30 days to try this thing out, because I feel like I didn't really get a fair chance to evaluate how the BM works for me.

I'm wondering if a swap can be done, and if I can still have the remainder of my trial period to keep testing this out, before I make my decision on whether it works for me?
