    2. Once you set up the rod length, is it true you have to extend past the bars in order to insert the harness (which your penis is contained in) to lock it in?
    3. I have a phallosan forte (which didn't do what I thought it would do, within the timeframe that it said), is there anyway to incorporate the vaccumm bell with the x4, like the pmp?
A lot of people Say that the vac extender mod is great, and I was wondering if there was anyway to convert a phallosan into something similar.

    Your reply would be appreciated.
    Hello DodoBird,

Appreciate your questions and your interest in our device.

    1. The max BPEL length of the device is 12 inches with all extension bars connected. The minimum length with the standard Hybrid Support is 3.9 inches, but can go as low as under 1 inch if you add the Quad Support to the device. This is available separately or included with the InfiniteFit System.

    2. Yes, you need compress and reach the fastener slots to mount your device properly. Mounting consists of fastening your penis in with your choice of strap. From that position you will be able to adjust the tension by using the reverse screws located at the base of the unit. We recommend starting off with the minimal tension available. Once you are past the initial phase of getting familiarized with the device, you can gradually increase the tension until you reach the maximum. The more you wear the device, the longer and with more tension you will be able to wear it.

    3. If you are using the X4 Labs Extender correctly it should provide all the stability and comfort you are looking for. We do not offer any vacuum fastener methods at this time. That being said, if you have sufficient length, you should have no issues using the standard Hybrid Support, however if not, we strongly recommend the Quad Support.

We do not recommend any such modifications to your X4 Labs Extender. All of our clinical studies have been conducted by users using our device as intended. Many users in the PEGYM community have had success using custom modifications for penis enlargement and perhaps they would be better suited to offer you advice regarding that topic.

Hope this helps, please let us know if you have any more questions or further comment.

    Happy Holidays! Thanks.

      1. So what is the lowest length increments that you can increase by?

      2. When doing the clinical trail, is there a certain edition you have to buy to qualify for it?

        Hi DodoBird,

All our editions include a set of ½ inch, 1 inch, 2 inch bars 3 inch. So the lowest increment is half of an inch. We also offer One-Third Inch Bars sold separately in our spare parts section.

For participating in the clinical trial the only edition that is not eligible is the Deluxe Edition. There are certain guidelines you need to follow which are all available on the website and linked in the Clinical Trial Penile Traction Therapy Progress Tracker.

Make sure you check off Participate in Clinical Trial in the options when purchasing your device. Your invoice will have a link so you can register and begin.

        Thanks again!

        • Have an X4 for about a month now. I bought the heavier springs and the wider base. Well, the wider base still isn't wide enough and the problem with the width is also the bars...they were not moved out at all. When I try to turn the dials it tends to pinch my skin. But the problem I am having is that the base is digging in and hurting really bad at times. I'd be interested in hearing people's modifications to ease the discomfort.

            How thick are you?
I've heard of people wearing boxers with and open fly and putting it on over the boxers so the base isn't directly against your skin.

I had similar problem, especially when extending downwards. After some sessions skin was raw. So I cut out one of those long memory foam that I received with an extender in half, and then length wise. And whenever I put on an extender, I put it around the base on the bottom, that solved it.

              • Hey Everyone,

In regards to the wide girth base issue, we have actually discussed introducing a base that widens out the piston bars. We have received similar feedback from our clinical study participants.

We are always looking for new ways to improve our devices and this could come to fruition sometime in 2017. It would be available as an add-on with any extender.

If we do introduce this down the line, I will make sure to bump this thread with all the info. As usual, we appreciate your feedback. Feedback like this is what is what brought us the Quad Support and Wide Girth Base in the past, so keep it coming. In the meantime, perhaps trying some other user suggestions will help.

                Thanks.

                    Hello Thefunkybuddha,

Our Wide Girth Base is made for 6.5" penile girths. The extender should be used while flaccid, so if you can fit in it, you should be fine.

                    • Yes I realize it is 6.5, but my width is not a perfect cylinder, it is more of an oval with the widest part being from left to right (or right to left), the same direction that your wide girth base is narrow. And since that direction is one rod to the second rod, I am often in contact with both rods and when I try to turn the knobs it is a pinch point. If I start to get erect, I get stuck in it as it then becomes a very rigid cock ring. The bars need to be wider apart and the width of the base needs to be wider. Obviously then the head piece needs to be wider. I am both very thick and very long and I realize I am not the demographic you target so my complaints will most likely fall on deaf ears. I was more curious as to what other novel approaches others took.

                        Hello Thefunkybuddha,

We hear you loud and clear, and you will be pleased to know that you are not the first person to experience this type of issue. Constructive feedback is always welcomed. Making this adjustment would take some research and development on our end but it has been discussed in the past and I wouldn't rule it out in the future.

For the time being I would suggest that you use a fabric material sleeve to avoid being pinched. There are a lot of breathable sports fabrics on the market that I think will work well for you. I have read many users having success with custom adjustments like this.

Hope this helps. Happy holidays. Thanks.

                        • Hello X4Labs.
I am wondering if you could help me with a bit of a problem i have just encountered.
I live in the United Kingdom, and i was lucky enough to buy my two X4Labs penis extenders on ebay for about £80.00.They were unused.
Just recently,i noticed it was getting very difficult to turn to screws at the base, and there was a strange noise coming from theX4labs when i did turn them.yesterday,i tried to place the extender in the upright position, but instead of staying up,it just kept falling into the downwards position.I have tried and tried, but it is not able to stay in the upright position at all,it just falls downwards.
Could this be a problem with the springs? I could really do with some help with the problem.
Thank you for any help you may be able to give me.

                                Hello moonvisage,

We are sorry to say that we do not sell our extenders on eBay. We have a very reputable brand and we often come across knockoffs from various websites like eBay.

Unless this is someone who ordered these from our website and then decided to re-sell them (which we find highly unlikely) they are fakes. We would appreciate if you sent us links to the listings so I can forward to the proper department so they can take appropriate action.

Unfortunately, not all devices are created equal. The issues you described are not issues we encounter from our authentic devices. It still may be effective if you use it, but I would not be comfortable or recommend using a knockoff.

Again, we appreciate your interest in our products and apologize for the issues you have encountered. If you would like to order an authentic device we have an incredible sale going on on our official site.

                                Thanks.
