I have the old size genetics but I just ordered the updated spare parts.

I added about 2cm using an extender similar to SG - in fact I used two high quality extenders towards the end. Personally I think they work. But you have to take a great deal of care with them so that they do no cut off blood supply to the head. I don't have experience with the SG system, but looking at it I think it is quite similar to one of the types I was using.

I'm glad to see there is now a support representative on the gym for rod based extenders. I have to say that the push rod systems really do get a stretch happening. But they are certainly not set and forget.

You should remove the extender periodically to massage blood back into the penis and you should also do regular checks to make sure that circulation is flowing too. You can take the break time to do kegels too so that you do not have to do them later.

Hey I'm thinking about getting an extender since I don't seem to be getting any more length gains

I do have a few questions

1. Is there a limit to how long you need to take it off? Obviously I would not wear one to sleep and from the post above theres a risk of blood circulation being cut off, but how long before that usually happens? I ask because I'm usually very focused on my work and might be distracted for a good hour or two, how often should I be checking everything down there?

2. I'm sure theres been at least a few unsatisfied customers, what(if you can say) were the main complaints?

3. I see you guys offer a bundle and then the standard, but does this mean the standard device is uncomfortable without the stuff included?

Do not wear a device while you sleep. When you are starting, rest at least every 45 minutes to restore blood circulation. As you adapt to wearing the device you will be able to wear it for longer periods without doscomfort. You whould still visually check your penis every 45 minutes to make sure that everything is OK.

The new SGs are different from the old SGs, so some of the parts might not be compatible. Initial discomfort would be another complaint but you can alleviate that by using a thicker comfort pad.

Some men might experience initial discomfort with wear. You can create your own comfort pads using gauze or cloth padding if you do not wish to purchase the pads or bundle.

I just received my order but I didn't know the new Size Genetics can't fit over the old rods. So I can't use the new cap at all.

I had the kit since like 20006-2007. I just now updated the parts dual head, 2 noose, black strip, and the other orange padding. The new dual head CANT fit on the rods of the old size genetics. The circle is too small. The website should say this on there.

The penis will stretch when you are in the device, and it happens more in some men than others. That is a good sign that you have some potential gains there!

You can set your extender in the UP position and move it towards the DOWN position as your penis loosens up. That way you will continue to keep tension on it.
