Unofficial reply: Track pants are okay. Winter clothing is good. But as you stretch more the extender gets longer and harder to hide. I usually wear the extender around the house and in the back yard. I wouldn't wear it to the shops and other public places ... but that's just me.

You can set your extender in the UP position and move it towards the DOWN position as your penis loosens up. That way you will continue to keep tension on it.

Question: How obvious is it when you are wearing the device ? Do you have a picture of someone wearing it in pants?

Loose pants like the sweats mentioned By Banana Bender or slacks should work. Tight leans or spandex type pants will not hide the device well. When in doubt, check yourself in a mirror while wearing the device to make sure.

Tension is at its lowest when the device is pointed upwards. As you adjust the position of the device downwards, you will increase the tension.

It should not cause discoloration of the glans. There are several different pads and attachments that you can experiment with. The strap, wrap, and padding combination should allow for a lot of comfort.

Be careful not to mistake stretching yourself in the extender for tension. You want the rods to create much of the tension, not your being in the device too tight.

Even if you are comfortable in the device, you should check your penis head frequently and rest and massage periodically. Doing that should ensure that you do not get discoloration.

I have the size genetics and unfortunately i've had the problem of constant slippage as well as getting my foreskin agonizingly pulled into the straps.. its a bitch, plus it also cuts off circulation, was never a good fit. Maybe it works better for guys who are uncut? It seems like a decent product, just not for some people.

You can wrap your penis up before putting it in the extender. If the wrap is sticky like rubber cloth then you will have padding and the device should not slip.

Bob, for me, when I wear the extender my head sometimes looks like it wants to slip out. I use the noose. Does this indicate that maybe I'm stretching myself in the device like stated or is it that the tension is too great? It's not immediate just after some time wearing it. I may have to take the extender off and rest for a few minutes then reapply, you think? I do not feel any discomfort throughout my penis when this happens.

The maximum tension setting on the SG model is 2300g. This is a lot compared to most extenders but it is quite light as it is just a little over 5 pounds. If you are feeling more than that on your penis and the pressure on the head is excessive then you might be using too many rods or too much tension.

You should be removing the extender about every 30 minutes at first. During that rest time you can restore blood to your penis.

An extender is different from the phallosan device. The extender uses constant tension and the phallosan uses tension based on movement with their elastic. The SG extender kit has tools that most other extender brands do not, and its tension goes up to 2300g. Many of the other brands only go up to 1500g.

You should be able to wear your extender under fairly loose fitting clothes with snug boxers or briefs. You might not be able to get away with wearing it under tight clothing of any kind.

Besides the maximum tension setting of 2300g, you can use intensity techniques to go beyond that. You can set the tension setting at maximum in an upwards position and then direct the extender downwards to further increase tension. You can also wear an extra rod section beyond what you are accustomed to. This would take your tension reading off the scale, but you would get more than 2300g of tension.
