@bobby Im uncircumsized so I put the SG a inch behind by head glan and pull the foreskin all the way up. Is that ok ?

Can you retract the skin and then put the extender behind your penis head?

I am having the same issue. I ordeed the 58-way ultimate system but received the 16-way system. I just sent the information along with picture's to [email protected], so I'm keeping my fingers crossed. I am hoping that they can either send me the spare parts plus the 2800g springs, or that they at least credit me for the difference of the 2 pkgs as I do not want to send it back and end up with nothing and be out $300. I am excited to get started, but don't want to start until I have all of the pieces.

I have 3 brothers and 1 close friend that are waiting to purchase the same ultimate pack I got, but they are waiting to see how things go with me (and if I can actually get what I am supposed to get).

Did you try the live chat option they have on the front page for faster service? It's a little green tab on the left side of the pages and it says help.

So I just ordered sizegenetics.

My problem is that when I have an erection, my penis will point to my belly button. I can extend it out to where it is straight, but it is a little uncomfortable.

The reason I ordered sizegenetics is because I want to be able to have flexibility with my penis while erect. I want to be able to point it to the ground while erect.

Having a limited range makes a lot of positions uncomfortable and some aren't possible.

Does sizegenetics help with this? Also what should I do to achieve this?

If you plan on being erect in the device then keep it in the upwards position. The extender was meant to be used flaccid. An erection will expand your penis in the strap and this can cause it to come loose when it gets flaccid again.

No that was not my concern. I will use sizegenetics flaccid.

The extender can pivot from the up to the down position through about 180 degrees.
