Hey Bobby, i hope you can understand why I'm a "little" angry. First off, I purchased the product when it was advertised as the 58 way comfort system with 2800 g of tension. Instead, I received a box that says 16 way comfort system and 1500 g of tension. This was not what I ordered!

The first time I contacted you guys, I never got a response back. The second time I tried, I was told that I would receive a reply within the next week. It has almost been a month now! I want to at least know why I got the "wrong" product?

I'm sorry, but what is this?

Perhaps I do have the correct model (maybe you guys didn't change the boxing? Which in that case you should) THAT'S all i want to know! Thanks.

Hello!

I have a question regarding tension.
I am aware that in order to adjust the tension, you need to twist the hexagonal rod, and the thumbscrews at the bottom provide me with the ability to extend the rod.

That part I understand (unless I'm actually wrong!)

However, when I compress my SizeGenetics device, the spring loaded bars hits the 1200g mark. When I twist the hexagonal rods, I can only barely get it to the 1200g mark on that side before it becomes physically impossible to do so.
In order to get the hexagonal rods to recede into the spring loaded bars, I have to hold the end of the device (the end my penis is attached to). However once I've twisted the second hexagonal rod to the same position as the first, the hexagonal rods become visible again.

I've read about, watched countless videos but there isn't anything explicit on HOW to adjust the tension. I watched the video in the sticky thread about how to wear the device, and the bloke in the video twisted the hexagonal rods.

Because I'm having trouble keeping these hexagonal rods to stay receded inside the spring loaded bars, do I need to add another tension rod? Currently I have the basic device + 1cm rod + 2cm rod. I've tried to add in as much information as I can for assistance, but there's nothing else I can add, so any help would be appreciated.

I feel these hexagonal rods cannot stay receded if there isn't enough tension/extension (whatever they're called!) bars added, are my suspicions correct or is there something else going on?

I can provide pictures for aid if necessary!

This has to have the best and most updated description for increasing tension on the SizeGenetics extender: Increasing and Adjusting SizeGenetics Tension

If you have too few rods lengths to get a full extension with tension then add another rod section.

If you are unable to increase the tension in the manner described you may have a faulty device.

The thing is that I complement the extender with jelqing and edging and after 3-4 days my penis feels fatigue. Do you think that in that case I should still increase the number of consecutive days wearing it? Thanks

If you are using other training methods some extra time will be needed for your recovery. Try a one day on one day off format to see if that allows you to get much needed recovery.
