  • Tension with the extender

I've been wearing mine for 6 weeks now. Tension goes from 600 to 1500g, and I can stay between 600 and 900g for up to 2 hours until there's because discomfort because of the velcro.

Routines on the internet suggest to reach a high tension much faster than I do. What do you recommend ? Staying between 600g and 900g or 900g for about 45 minutes ?

My BPXL (5.7") between 600 and 900g is lower than my BPFSL (6.2"), and I wear the extender about 10 hours a day.

Elongation of cells, 600-900 gm ought to work. If there is an issue with 'ligament' elongation, that is a totally different situation, in my opinion.

If you want to run 60 minutes at 600-900, then take a break to help restore circulation, thats good. Then extend some more. Repeat.

Schedule in a rest day maybe once a week, and take a week off maybe every 60 days. Rest periods allow growth to occur. It is up to you. Just allow time for you to go out and enjoy life.

Watch for increases in your BPFSL, thats a good sign. A half inch increase in bpfsl may correspond to a 0.15" increase in erect length. It varies.

Are you using any pads to help ease your discomfort? If you are wearing a model that does not offer them, you can make your own out of some soft cloth or ribbons of rubber.

I usually take a 5-10 minutes break every 1 hours and a half.

Since I started wearing this 7 weeks ago I gained 0.7" in BPFSL. But I'm not sure if it's the extender as I also stretched and jelqed.
Up until now mostly the BPFSL increased, not much gained for BPEL. I would say BPFLS increases twice as fast as BPEL.

I'll follow what you say about rest days.

Yes, I use a gauze under the velcro but I need to change the setup. Are you talking about something like neoprene ? I never heard about rubber for an extender before.

600-900 grams is exactly where you want to be for your tension - it is the same range used in clinical studies that prove extenders can and do work.

I've done many 10+ hour days in this range with my Penimaster Pro and my best gains happened during this period.

Don't worry about your length in the extender, the correct tension and time under tension are the most important considerations!

Thank you for your answer Dangler and donjelqer. I've searched about the clinical studies, this is what they say :

            during 5th y 6th month.
Application period: 10 hours a day, every day of the month
over a period of 3-6 months.

Neoprene, rubber, Theraband, and silicone are all good for giving you more comfort, padding, and traction.
