  • Adding an extender into routine!

    Hi guys,

I've got a size genetics extender which I've had for about 2 month or so now. I haven't started using it as I've been manually doing the PE exercises. As all new starters (including myself when I started) get told to condition for the first 3 months I'm a week off the 3 month period and conditioning phase of my PE Journey.

Could the guys who use extenders give me help/advice please on when would be an appropriate time to introduce the extender into my routine?

For example can I use it straight away after the conditioning phase or should I wait till I'm more advanced.

Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks guys!

I started PE by doing a manual routine and using my extender together and got great results from it. You can use it straight away with your current routine, you do not need conditioned for low tension extenders at all in my opinion. If anything, manual routines are more intense than extenders. Just be careful and do it on low tension, the best gains I saw were at low to medium tension with the extender, no gains when I went high. More is not always better.

Kickinthemebs, what do you mean when you say low tension? Do you mean the tension rods should always be collapsed because I feel like there is little to no stretch this way. Or do you mean the tension springs. I have the quickextender which comes with 2500 grams but i replaced them with the 3500 grams springs (doesn't feel much different). Also I seem to need to wrap a gauze under my balls and over the top part of the extender base to keep the extender from riding up my pelvis (i feel a nice stretch like this way).

I have no experience with rod based extenders, my experience is with the phallosan, so it is a different kettle of fish altogether. But with that, my sweet spot was between 0.85 kg - 1.5 kg.

Yep, same here. I started with a manual routine and slowly added in the extender pretty early on. Before I knew it I was getting 6-10 hours per day extending along with my manual routine.

Low tension would be at 600 gr. or below. If you have lines inscribed on the rods below the spring housing, they represent levels of tension. If you have three lines, at 3500 gr. each line represents about 1170 gr. Accordingly, to be at 600 gr. all three lines should be showing with just a little space showing between the housing and the third line.

I have been extending for over three years and rarely go over 1000 gr.

Extenders have low tension settings as compared to exercises like jelqing and hand stretchies. You can use it with less risk than most other exercises or tools. They would be good to use for the length portion of any workout.

                  Thanks for the replies guys.

So would you recommend doing my normal PESG routine (Warm up, Stretching, Jelqing) then using the extender or would you advise too alternate on different days?

Or maybe even extending in the morning and manual exercises in the evening?

                  Thanks

You can do your extending after your jelqing, and you can do a few stretches before your extender work to cut down in the time that you will need to spend extending. That will make your workouts much shorter.

OP I personally don't think you need to do any conditioning before using an extender, they're very gentle things when used correctly. And most of the research and experiments done using them, were done on people doing no other form of PE to get accurate results.

                      A few tips though:

The effect of using an extender comes when it is used for more than three hours a day.
The optimal time to wear is from 6 to 12 hours daily.
Optimal tension for the growth of the penis is considered 400-1150 grams.

An extender is one of the most gentle tools that you can use for lengthening the penis.

Afternoon Gents, apologies for the late reply ive been away for two weeks.

Thanks for all the good advice! I'm going to take measurements this weekend then as of next week introduce my extender into my routine on a low tension. Will keep updating my progress log on the progress forum as I continue my journey.

Oh also I'm guessing with an extender you need to take days off for rest as with normal PE exercises so based on my current 2 on 1 off routine that should be okay correct?
