Thanks for all the good advice! I'm going to take measurements this weekend then as of next week introduce my extender into my routine on a low tension. Will keep updating my progress log on the progress forum as I continue my journey.

You are welcome! Continue to keep us posted please!

I think a 2 on 1 off idea would be terrible for extenders! Extenders are very light tension for long period of hours, it works differently to manual PE, and that also goes for how many hours and days you put in. Some say that you don't need to take any days off from extending at all, and some say they like 1 or 2 days off a week.

You should try to extend for at least 5 days straight before taking a day break, and only take 1-2 days off at most. The same principles apply in hanging, otherwise you will just strengthen your unit instead of allowing for length deformations to occur. Hope this helps

Give yourself a few weeks to build up to extending for 5-6 days a week. You should give yourself time to build up to extending for several hours a day too.

Okay guys thanks. Is it recommended to remove the extender every 2 hours too or can you just go so many hours whilst wearing it?

You will have to wait until someone who knows about SG extender sees your message, so there is no point in repeating your question over and over.

You don't need to take rest days with an extender, however; I take Saturday as a rest day because I'm always too busy to get six hours wearing it, so I may as well enjoy the day instead.

I don't have the SG extender, but it looks like a noose/comfort strap type. If so I would remove it every hour.

Hi Rybina. I was able to wear the extender with the noose rather than the comfort strap. However when adjusting the tension I'm having trouble actually knowing what tension it's set at. I hear they're pre set too 600g and that with changing the tension the hexagon bars are supposed to go inside the cylinders but mine doesn't. Have you got any idea if I'm doing this correctly?

I've been trying to find a good video that demonstrates how they work, but with no success. The hexagonal sections should slide into the cylinders, but much like a suspension system, ie there are springs inside trying to force the hexagonal sections back out again. When you wear the extender, you adjust the thumb screws on the sides so that the extender extends, and the springs are compressed. As the springs compress the hexagonal sections slide into the cylinders, and depending on how many lines you can see on the hexagonal sections, that represents how much tension the springs are under, and how much expansion your penis is under.

You'll need to check the manual for how much tension each line represents, but you don't want to go over 1150 grams.

Yeah, i was also looking for a video and i couldn't find one either. I appreciate your description of whats supposed to happen and i fully understand the way its meant to work. I've been able to get a copy of the manual showing what each line represents in grams but it just seems when i turn the adjusting screws the hexagonal sections and cylinders move up together when like you've said they should slide into one another or the whole lot turns and it wants to unscrew from the plastic base ring.

When you are wearing the device, your stretched out penis will provide resistance, forces the springs to compress and the hexagonal sections will go inside the cylinders.

If you are fully extending the screws so that the extender is reaching it's maximum length, without forcing the hexagonal sections to compress the springs and slide inside the cylinders, then you need to add some more rods.

Effectively what you are trying to create, is a "spring force", applying a gentle elongated stretch to your penis.
